I love coming here but what i don’t like is when i order a tea, specifically peach green tea. I always get it with water. I placed an online order for pickup got the peach green tea. And they put lemonade in it. I cannot have lemonade, i did not add lemonade to this drink when planning my order. If the customer isn’t asking for it, don’t add it. Don’t assume what we want. If i didn’t ask for lemonade don’t take it upon yourself to add it.

They need to manage their orders better. I had to wait 15 minutes for a tall cup of coffee! When told an employee she said they had a lot of Mobile orders. Then the coffee didn't taste fresh. MANAGER get it together!

Worst Customer service in Vegas
1st time: Ordered ahead got there 15 mins later and had to wait another 25 mins for my order 🚮
2nd time: Ordered ahead, got there and they closed the dining area forcing me to wait in a 25 min drive thru line 🚮

Whoever is making this locations Matcha Lattes should be retrained. This is the 4th attempt at ordering one here and each time it is wrong. It tastes so horrible, I have been a matcha latte lover for years and have ordered it at other Starbucks since this one started letting me down and it’s perfect elsewhere, but horrible here. I don’t know what they’re doing, too much powder or no syrup, all I know is it taste bitter and like I shoved dirt in my mouth. It’s so bad. Please fix this.

The food and drinks are fine when you finally get them but service and wait times are unacceptable. You have lost a loyal customer for life. This is my closest location being only 5 minutes from my house but I will not be back. There is always some issue or another. Rude baristas or extremely long wait times. Today I waited 30 minutes in drive through line for a single drink and it was the last straw. If I had that kind of time I would go to Dutch bros.

No consistency on drinks are made, one day it will be perfect the next day it’s like the barista was stingy with the ingredients. I’ve come several times and had my drink messed up, it’s truly not worth coming back. I suggest another Starbucks.
My daily stop on my ways to work. The service is always great, they usually get my drinks right compared to other stores. Bre is always amazing. Super kind lady.

After already being irritated with them recently jacking up their pricing and still making you feel forced to leave a tip, they ripped me off by adding a Grande portion to my Venti order..
Side note: Whoever’s managing this location needs to be terminated. Every employee here is trained to greet customers in a way that’s so uncomfortable for them, it makes the customer feel uncomfortable. Very poor management skills.
Tip: Allow your employees to be genuine with your customers and your customers will have a better experience with your business.
Due to newly inflated prices, an uncomfortable environment, and poor quality, I will no longer support this location. 🫳🎤

I usually don’t do this but this is the 3rd time. Ice was filled almost to the top. I only took a slurp and it already gone. Almost $8 for a drink that lasted 10 seconds.

******Update.. ordered ahead, got there at the pickup time and walked in to a store full of unsatisfied customers. All who have been waiting for their orders. Some just said they wanted to cancel & a refund because they could no longer wait. Customers were using profanity and storming out the door. After 23 minutes I approached the counter to inquire about my order. I was meet by a woman's hand going up 🤚and her saying we're making the orders and they'll be down at the end. Then rolled her eyes & turned away... Rude ass, ya know I was trying to give y'all the benefit of the doubt. Hey we all had a busy time or hard day at the job. But ya know what them folks was calling you earlier? I'm thinking they were right. UPDATE‼️nothings changed 👎still rude, coffee was cold.

I ordered at the drive thru and purchased two Vanilla Bean Frappuccino's and a Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich. My drinks were made perfectly but once I got home and started eating the sandwich I noticed that the top part of the bun was nearly rock solid. I am not sure how these sandwiches are heated but mine was well beyond toasted. I could not bite through the top bun. I ended up completely removing the top and eating the sandwich as is. Super disappointing! People, please check your food before you leave!!

I want to leave this review for the 2 young men who were the cashiers and and a young lady on the day/evening shift working around 5pm-ish today ..you guys were so professional, kind and really represented your company well as I sat and watched your hospitality to guests for 2 hours...Thank you signed a grateful customer .
