Unfortunately, my recent visit to this Starbucks location was extremely disappointing. I was attempting to order through the drive-thru when a wasp appeared near my car window. Since I am highly allergic to wasps and bees, I quickly pulled up to the window to place my order directly for my safety.

When I explained this to Laura, who introduced herself as the pre-shift manager, she was dismissive and impatient. I tried to calmly tell her that I wanted to order a shaken espresso, but instead of listening, she cut me off and said, “I know you drove up to the window, and I didn’t hear your order.” She seemed uninterested in understanding my situation and simply asked, “Anything else?” in a dismissive tone.

I also tried to explain that a few days prior, I had received a lukewarm coffee and was told by a supervisor over the phone that it would be remade for me on my next visit. I wanted to claim that remake during this visit. Laura told me, “Well, you’re not in the books, so for future reference, get a name.” She emphasized that she is “one of the managers” and asked who I had spoken to, but when I explained that I didn’t get a name, only had my receipt from 7/10/25, she refused to honor the remake and said, “That’s not going to work.”

When I asked for the corporate number, she told me to “call 1-800-STARBUCKS,” and then rudely slammed the window shut on me.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for many years and have never been treated with such poor customer service. Thanks to Laura, I did contact Starbucks corporate, and thankfully they apologized and offered me compensation for two drinks.

It’s disappointing that it had to come to this. I hope this store re-evaluates how they treat long-time customers in the future.

I gave this Starbucks another chance today and ordered a Venti Caramel Frappuccino, but it was another disappointment. There was barely any coffee flavor, just a hint of caramel, and it mostly tasted like ice blended with milk. The person who made it seemed stingy, like they used the smallest amount of coffee possible. For a Venti, it felt like I just paid for ice and milk. Very weak. I won’t be ordering this again from here.

The day I went was CRAZYYYY. Crazy in the drive through and crazy inside. But they were extremely efficient in trying to get all the orders through. Also I thought it was really sweet—amidst all the chaos, who I’m assuming was the manager, said, “good job team” and it made me smile. Great team work and awesome that the manager was encouraging. Loved my midnight drink. Definitely my go to store!

It is located inside Target. Lots of parking with handicap access. If you are a Target member you get 5% off. It is neat, clean, organized inside. Customer service was great. There were two young ladies serving. It was busy but they were fast, very friendly and helpful. There is seating inside. They have bags of coffe for sake as well as mugs and cups. Restrooms are located in front of the store.

The staff is super friendly, the management here just sucks… they don’t know how to manage when there’s a crowd “mobile orders” cripples this place and makes a bad experience. This place would be 5 star and the best Starbucks in the area with better management. Too incompetent to move a line, it’s disappointing and her attitude doesn’t help. Regular staff is on point though, the manager needs to go.

I love coming here but what i don’t like is when i order a tea, specifically peach green tea. I always get it with water. I placed an online order for pickup got the peach green tea. And they put lemonade in it. I cannot have lemonade, i did not add lemonade to this drink when planning my order. If the customer isn’t asking for it, don’t add it. Don’t assume what we want. If i didn’t ask for lemonade don’t take it upon yourself to add it.

They need to manage their orders better. I had to wait 15 minutes for a tall cup of coffee! When told an employee she said they had a lot of Mobile orders. Then the coffee didn't taste fresh. MANAGER get it together!

Worst Customer service in Vegas

1st time: Ordered ahead got there 15 mins later and had to wait another 25 mins for my order 🚮

2nd time: Ordered ahead, got there and they closed the dining area forcing me to wait in a 25 min drive thru line 🚮

Whoever is making this locations Matcha Lattes should be retrained. This is the 4th attempt at ordering one here and each time it is wrong. It tastes so horrible, I have been a matcha latte lover for years and have ordered it at other Starbucks since this one started letting me down and it’s perfect elsewhere, but horrible here. I don’t know what they’re doing, too much powder or no syrup, all I know is it taste bitter and like I shoved dirt in my mouth. It’s so bad. Please fix this.

The food and drinks are fine when you finally get them but service and wait times are unacceptable. You have lost a loyal customer for life. This is my closest location being only 5 minutes from my house but I will not be back. There is always some issue or another. Rude baristas or extremely long wait times. Today I waited 30 minutes in drive through line for a single drink and it was the last straw. If I had that kind of time I would go to Dutch bros.
