My usual morning visit to this location was disturbed on this morning by the young lady working the window. First, when she took my order, she sounded as if she was annoyed to be working. Second, when taking my payment, I explained that I would be using a gift card and paying the remaining. She then in return asked with an attitude “So, you’re using points”. Third, when she handed me my drink, I believe she noticed me looking at the drink and she began to explain that the cold foam was seeping to the bottom, when in fact my venti drink was not made for the correct size. She tried adding a lot of cold foam as if I do not order this same drink daily. This really disturbed my morning, as I usually have a good visit to this location when I visit. I guess I’ll have to start going out of my way to visit the Craig location again because customer service has always been great there. The photo below is of my drink before leaving out.

they staff seems to be unable to understand a simple order. perhaps it is because the are always fiddling with their phones

I'll start by saying that when you walk in you're greeted by everyone as if you're an old friend that hasn't been seen in a while. Everyone's always pleasant and friendly. Always welcoming. These people believe in good service and great customer relations. The store is always spotless and clean. There are the usual brand cups, mugs, and whatnots to shop for neatly stocked on shelves in the lobby. There are simple hot and cold menu items from bagels to sandwiches. They'll gladly heat up and toast your bagels and sweet treats. There's WiFi available free of charge as well as clean tables to put your laptop on. They don't rush you to finish your coffee and sweets or sandwich so relax.

Apparently I bought ice for the price of a Venti iced matcha latte. I did not ask for extra ice, I did not get my moneys worth. I am disappointed as Starbucks already is expensive.

Excellent service and their store manager is awesome. Someone had accidentally messed up my order and they gave me store credit and the drink for free. Didn’t have to say a word and it wasn’t like I was waiting a long time either.
They are supposed to run at 7:30 and it's not even 7pm... Why do they close before the stipulated time??? Maybe they don't want to sell or do they no longer want to work???
