This is a very convenient 24 hour location. I ordered online at about 4am and attempted to walk in to pick up order but the doors were locked. I did not see any signage indicating when the dining room opened. I went thru the drive thru and picked up my items. The girl at the window was very friendly and super chipper at that hour which was great to see.

Sandwich was good. Some items wasn’t available at this location so I couldn’t make my drink how i wanted to. Who knows, maybe I chose the wrong location but overall my first experience with Starbucks was not worth the hype.

Couldn’t find any other place to leave feedback but, sadly it’s been more than once that I order my same drink and it just tastes like warm milk. Nothing like white mocha. I don’t have time to go back being that I don’t try my drink until I get to work. Very disappointing.

I am from out of town but I have visited this Starbucks three times now while traveling from my home in Southern Utah to the Vegas Airport. My favorite drink is a hot vanilla latte. My home town Starbucks gets it perfect every time. All three times I have visited this Starbucks my latte has been terrible. I don't know if it is barista carelessness, poor training, or bad calibration on the espresso and steamed milk machines. I would recommend skipping this location and finding one that fixes your favorite drink just right.

Seems they are ok with using cleaning chemicals instead of drinking water in the espresso. I've learned they clean the machines around 2am, and the barista on break told me she had seen employees not run the chemicals out of the machine before making espresso. So what do I get in my latte, deadly chemicals in my drink.Sounds criminal to me, I'll be getting my latte tested and I'm certain I'll be shopping attorneys. My advice, DONT GO HERE AROUND 2AM!!!!!!!

So this is the 2nd time I have come to this Starbucks where the inside is closed at a time when they should be open. I placed my order via mobile ahead of time and stood at the door when I arrived. No one came out to say anything. 1 customer before me who the barista charged came and said they are not letting anyone in and that they are sending everyone through the drive thru. The whole point in mobile order is to come in and grab and go. So at an attempt to nor waste time by sitting in the long line in the drive thru I attempted to call. No one answered. I called multiple times to cancel my order as I was on my way to work and did not have the time to sit in the drive thru. Hence mobile order. The non answered phone calls took place both times. A lot if people were pulling up and finding out that they were not open on the inside. A lot of people were mad and irritated and drove off. I would have left had I not already paid or if i was able to reach them to cancel. Do better starbucks on Craig and Losee, Do Better.
