I recently had the Starbucks Citrus Mint tea and it was a delightful and smoothing experience would really make my visit exceptional was the manager who was incredibly cheerful and supportive with his staff! The conversations that I had with the baristas were refreshing and I enjoyed that they were so intentional in getting to know more about me and my friend. I had a great experience with this Starbucks. I accidentally placed my order at this Store but I needed to pick it up at another store. I called and spoke with Jay, the manager. Jay was super kind and calm. He listened, fixed the problem fast, and made sure I could pick up my drink at the other with no trouble.
There were no extra steps for me. No stress. Jay handled it all and kept me informed. This saved me time and made my day easier.
Good coffee is important, but great service is even better. This store showed they care about their customers. Jay and the helpful team is the reason why I choose this store often. I highly recommend them!

I use to like coming to this Starbucks they seem genuine and kind, but lately they are not listening to what you ask for. I've been there at least 4 or 5 times and asked for no whip and its on the sticker on the cup but they do what they want. Today once again not listening to the customer gave me whip and put my Carmel drizzle on top so when they fix their mistake they dont make a new one they take the whip cream off the top and my Carmel drizzle so im left with a very strong off drink and because she didnt hear me say add cookie crumbles to my drink she tried to charge me for another drink and didnt even give me the drink she added but wanted a whole 20 something for their mistake so I will not be going back that was the last straw and didnt even apologize for their mistake maybe if they were more focused and not playing or talking a lot they would be able to hear and get people orders right so ill give 5th st a chance thanks Camino al Norte
One of the few Starbucks is enjoy visiting. Everyone is generally happy to help and answer questions. I have never had my order wrong from here either.

Service is bad here. This is the only Starbucks in the city that doesn’t put the plug in your drink so it spills all over your car. Now they’re pressing you for a tip in the drive thru?? GTFOH Lol… for what?? I’m already paying overprice for mass-produced low quality coffee. Too much negative it’s puts me off.
