This one always gets the orders wrong, the coffee tastes nasty and they get visibly upset if you order something that is complicated. I don’t use this one often but when I do it’s always a pain. This morning my Americano was absolutely DISGUSTING.

It was very busy at this store today since it was Starbucks Red Cup Day. I placed my mobile order at about 6:30 and arrived at the store about 10 minutes after. I had not been waiting that long when the staff realized that the app had crashed and they were having issues with their computer systems overall. The shift leads/managers quickly sprung into action and came up with a solution to get working on all of the orders. From the time I ordered to the time I got my drink was unfortunately about 30 minutes however, the way that the entire staff jumped in at full speed to get evrything out as soon as possible made up for it. As the systems came back online the managers quickly transitioned to see which orders they already sent out and which ones they still needed to make. Even though I did not get a holiday drink, the staff offered me a red cup anyway and I thought that was very kind.

Just came in for the seasonal pumpkin spice latte. great as usual. the clerk was very helpful explaining how to collect a T-Mobile free cake.
Very unprofessional and with very bad customer service! Summer at the drive thru was not helpful & rude when asked if I can add another drink to my order! Defiantly will not be back to this starbucks! Corporate should look into how they treat customers here!
