It was very busy at this store today since it was Starbucks Red Cup Day. I placed my mobile order at about 6:30 and arrived at the store about 10 minutes after. I had not been waiting that long when the staff realized that the app had crashed and they were having issues with their computer systems overall. I really appreciated the employees who made my mobile order. They paid attention to everything I asked, no cheese on my bacon, gouda & egg sandwich. I also got a Vanilla frappe with extra caramel. The Starbucks at Aliante did my order exactly the way I wanted, and for that I’m really glad I ordered from here.

This is a amazing Starbucks. The customer service is great , the food and drinks are great and Sarah the manager is awesome. It’s so important to her that the customers are happy and satisfied. She feels the same way about her employees. Thank you Sarah and her employees for what you do. The wife and I go to 3 to 4 Starbucks regularly and they all are terrific.
