My mother-n-law ordered online. I just picked it up. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and had 4 employees look at me, but not one of them said anything. I continued to stand there with employees walking by and chatting amongst themselves, and NOT ONE person helped me. I finally got tired of waiting after about 15 minutes and start grabbing drinks off the counter and checking names. I found our 3 drinks and had to reach over the counter to grab a drink holder for myself. Several employees still making eye contact with me and STILL NOTHING. A perfect example of over paid and under worked. Worst customer service, ever. Save your money or go to a different location.

Not the first or the second time this Starbucks doesn’t take pride in their drinks or service. I asked for a remake he asked what was missing he said I can give you more syrup instead saying I can remake it for you.

This location plays their music so loudly, I find it absurd for a café. On top of people being allowed to watch and listen to media that I can still hear with headphones in and the idle chatter within, it can be distracting if you came to get work done. I understand that you can't force a customer to use headphones, but the music in the store alone should be significantly lower.
I have only come in here to do work a few times and I don't think I will be returning again because I can't focus. I enjoy background noise, but this is too much for me.
The first time I came the cashier lady was kind of rude, ignoring the things I said only to ask me a question that I provided the answer to a moment ago. There was no one behind me so there was no need to interrupt me when I'm giving you the information you need. Then they served me my drink with the cup covered in my drink and the cap filled with my drink. The guy that put it down apologized, but a quick wipe down before serving could have been done. Other than this, the service has been good and pleasant, I haven't seen that lady again since.
I'm sure if you're going through drive through, the issues would be minimal to none; however, if you want a more peaceful cafe workspace, I would recommend a different location.
