Every time I come to this Starbucks, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is amazing and it is so close to my house. This is my new coffee shop, hands down. They always make my drink perfect. I'm going to start studying for college classes here because, the ambience is very mellow. I can't wait to bring my family.

My mother-n-law ordered online. I just picked it up. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and had 4 employees look at me, but not one of them said anything. I continued to stand there with employees walking by and chatting amongst themselves, and NOT ONE person helped me. I finally got tired of waiting after about 15 minutes and start grabbing drinks off the counter and checking names. I found our 3 drinks and had to reach over the counter to grab a drink holder for myself. Several...

This location plays their music so loudly, I find it absurd for a café. On top of people being allowed to watch and listen to media that I can still hear with headphones in and the idle chatter within, it can be distracting if you came to get work done. I understand that you can't force a customer to use headphones, but the music in the store alone should be significantly lower.
I have only come in here to do work a few times and I don't think I will be returning...
