their customer service is absolutely horrible. They don't even listen to you when they ask you what can I get you then they make your sandwich wrong and act like you're the problem. There was bugs in the lettuce and I mentioned it to them and they just wish them away, I walked away and didn't even buy my food after spending 15 minutes in line for two sandwiches. Don't waste your hard earned money at this location.

The sandwiches are good of course but the customer service I experienced was terrible! 2 Mexican girls were working I didn't get her name but the bigger shaped Mexican girl wearing a face full of makeup had a terrible attitude and even caught a attitude with me making unnecessary comments trying to start a argument. Not sure who is hiring the people working here but I didn't even want the sandwich anymore after her attitude towards me. If you don't like your job find a new one

Stopped in got a monster sub told woman no green peppers she puts them on the sandwich anyways then I told her she just scrapes them off my sandwich after the juices and everything was there . Then wanted a soda as it’s 110 degrees outside no working soda machine due to no carbonation. I do have to say they are more polite at this location vs others Ive been to .

This place is always clean and has amazing service. I pick up my food and was a bit early and they had it done. Even without having been there watching they still made my sandwiches meaty and full of veggies. You're greeted with a smile and waved goodbye. Awesome service

The customer service is awful, the worst I ever experienced.This is from an older woman,appeared to be the manager. We were not greeted apron entering ,instead she barked ' What do you want!' I was told 'No choice options on my selection, I thought I had lucked out when another employee came to help finish my order. Yet again,she interfere for no reason. He simply asked me to repeat my choice of condiment.I hear this barking voice YOU HAVE TO SPEAK UP directed at me. Snapping, I yelled STAY OUT OF THIS. She retorted 'I don't have to serve you. I left,something in my 60 plus years I have never done. Do not shop here. There are great Subways near by

I can’t believe I went in to pick up my food and to purchase 1 cookie with a 20$ bill . The cookie was 89 cents , the lady try to give me bak 13 saying it’s my change when I seen her put the rest of my change by the register she definitely try to steal my change from me and anybody that goes there count ur change .

The subway team is always welcoming with a smile when you walk threw the door. It doesn't matter how busy they are. You will receive a helloVegetarian options: Plenty of options for someone who is a vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: Having a kids-size meal and options is always welcomed.Parking: The restaurant is in a grocery shopping center. So there is always a place to park close.Wheelchair accessibility: It's Adequate no problem that I noticedDietary restrictions: Plenty of options to choose from whether it's vegetarian, or weight watchers even if you just are counting calories. It is made very easy to do without feeling you have to be boring and are limited.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Service from the same individual. The one older lady that works here is very rude. I have not been to any place let alone a place I'm buying food from that has given me the treatment this older lady has. There are plenty reviews prior to mine regarding a rude lady working here. How can subway continue to allow this person to be employed here & serve people food.Out of the 3 times I've came here this lady has snapped at me for no reason EACH TIME. I've seen her do it at other people as well. 1 of the many examples; I asked for jalapeños on the side when she was wrapping the last sandwich- she was quick to respond "yea not yet when I'm done I'll get them " ??‍♀️ oh my lord!Today I ordered for pick up thru the app because I had to be somewhere quick. Paid my lunch thru the app because that's the only option when you order ahead . When I got there the lady snapped at me when I asked her about a pick up order .I had to cancel because they gave my order away to someone else & I did not want to deal with this grumpy lady that didn't even seem to care that my order was missing.I'm not as upset at the mistake they made giving away my order as much as I am upset at the old lady that seems to think she is in the right treating people like garbage over & over again.

I'd give this place a 0 if I could. My husband was at this location today and received the worst service from the female worker. From the other reviews I've seen and by looking at the pictures, I'm willing to bet it's the same worker "Christine" that's getting all the bad reviews. She made the sandwich but didn't put it in a bag and when my husband asked for a bag, she didn't respond. When he asked again, she very rudely replied that he already took the sandwich. First of all- you could've just handed him a bag!! Second of all- why would we hand the sandwich back just so you can touch it with your dirty hands (we just paid and she was handling money) and put it in the bad that you should've put it in in the first place. Management/owners must be desperate for workers (that or they just don't care) to continue to allow this person to work there. Hit them where it hurts and take your business elsewhere.

Subway wasn’t busy, even when they are We never wait long. Always exactly what I want and the same every time. Prices are going up as inflation does. Bit their subs in my opinion ate the best in the sub bizz. So of course I recommend. This particular Subway, the young man was all business asking and making sure he made them to our liking.
