After dealing with their frustrating app for 30 minutes I place my order along with double the protein for an extra charge on each sandwich when I opened up the sandwiches at home only to find barely any meat in them. They definitely did not add double protein. This location lost my business permanently.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.
CLOSED AT 1AM when it’s meant to be OPENED 24HOURS?? their excuse was that they COULDNT TAKE ORDERS because the DOOR COULDNT LOCK / UNLOCK PROPERLY.. made absolutely NO SENSE. said he was only taking online orders but how are you even suppose to give those out if the door doesn’t work??? when i rang the bell the worker came and asked if i read the sign he wrote that was left on the door ; i said i did but it didn’t make no sense and he CUSSED at me and said to come in anyway with an ATTITUDE .. i walked right out cause im not about to have someone with TERRIBLE customer service make MY FOOD. when i drove by to take a pic of the sign he had up, he had already taken it down. not only should that worker be FIRED, GABBY should be FIRED as well and should have been a LONGGG time ago. she’s a TERRIBLE manager and doesn’t know how to manage her store. Even looking at other people’s reviews , it’s the same complaints over and over .. about night shift closing , about staff , about HER. she’s the reason why this store has such a low rating and has terrible staff cause she herself is terrible.

If you see an older lady Gabby working. Just leave dont waste your time. She took forever to come out from the back and appeared upset to be at work. She shorted me tuna which I asked for more offered to pay more BUT that was a normal amount given at any other SUBWAY.

Door dashed here multiple times & They've always got my order wrong either making the wrong size sub or forgetting the chips.

I'm Getting a refund from door dash.

But A Better solution is for them to fire all the lazy, workers just there to slack off.

i spent $36.68 just to get food that was nasty i told them i didnt want no jalapeños but for some reason i got some. The two guys there was messy and they had no type of customer service as a manager at a restaurant I was so upset. My husband wanted the spicy nachos and the guy that helped us was like he will do it later and never did. So we was like nevermind at this point. They need better night staff

I came in asked if I could order the employee working was very very rude. He advised me the register was down and that i had to order from the app. I tried to ask for help when ordering and he kept saying he doesn't know and that there wasn't anything he could do about any questions I asked. Then when he finally got to my order I asked more lettuce and he gave me problem with that even tho I put in the app I wanted more lettuce. He threatened to void my order I told him to not give me an attitude about lettuce. I told him he could do what he likes but i would be getting management involved. He then finished my sandwich

Gabriella the manager is a crook, this has happened to me more than one occasion, my food was delivery and I am missing Foo out of the order. She blames the delivery driver and then doesn't replace the food or give me a refund. Wack, I will NEVER order from this location again.

Advertised vs Reality ?

Really?! 3 tiny chicken squares inside these dippers they announce. They are nice & full in the pictures. ?
This order is all chicken & cheese & they all have very little ingredients it's upsetting.

I didn't check all the previous reviews at this place otherwise I would have moved on to another subway.
