I was left very unsatisfied with the customer service that they provided. They didn't seem to care about responding to our questions and we were rushed through. The young woman that attended us was named Crystine and was listening to everything that I was asking but never cared to say" yes or no or you can't substitute chips for cookies" just gave me an attitude and rolled her eyes. Very childish behavior and a poor reflection on the establishment.

Im giving this place a 1 star because how poorly of management to just have 1 employee working today, came in at 4:00pm on 10/29/2023 and the poor girl had a line out the door. She handled it so well, all by her self with no other employee or manager In site to help her, SHE did her best to be fast and efficient to get all of us our sandwiches. Shame on the manager, and owner of this location.

Service here is rather terrible. Watched the gal at the counter try and charge someone $4 more for changing the meat on their sandwich. Apparently there is no manager on duty and they would rather throw the sandwich away then accommodate their customer. I sat at a table and watched all this unfold... hilarious.

A one star is being generous. I even tried calling you guys and you wouldn't answer. Don't order from here they suck a 5 year old could make a better sandwich. Literally I ordered from Uber eats and the first thing I noticed was I was missing items- 3 cookies and I ordered the damn sandwiches on Italian herbs and cheese and they gave me wheat bread. Are you serious. This is absolutely ridiculous not to mention my sandwich is cold and wasn't even toasted. Ordered almost $70 worth of i eatable food. I used to work at subway so I understand you guys can get busy but come on it's 10pm learn how to read. EDIT: We have gone through the sandwich's and there was hair in the sandwiches. This absolutely disgusting and ridiculous.

I've been to this location numerous of times because I work in the area. I don't ever get anything but my coworkers will go in and order. Each time they have gone in my coworkers have told me how rude the ladies are. I wanted a meatball sandwich so my coworker was like well we haven't gone into Subway for a while lets see how it goes. I saw first hand how rude they are in there. We dealt with Andi today and she has no customer service skills at all! She's extremely rude and just seemed like she did not want to be there. We couldn't log into the subway app because there was no service in the area and Andi also stated the service around here sucks! Usually if I mention the deal we were talking about they will honor it or give us some kind of other option. Well Andi stated she couldn't do anything about it because they have no in-store deals and we would need to get the app up for her but the attitude behind that was unnecessary! The sandwiches were also very disappointing which was mind blowing because how hard is it to create Subway sandwiches! My coworkers and I won't be returning to this location.

Let's start off by saying, the staff at Subway work tirelessly all day making sandwiches for customers. This task can be thankless. Show some kindness to the staff that work at Subway, as they do their best and show their best. Jen works at this location and does a fantastic job. She is unbelievably efficient and reliable. All other staff do great job too. Let's not write mean reviews because you didn't get your way. (Too much of that goes on today) Take a moment to think about the things you say, as the person on the other end is someone's mother, father, child, or family member. You wouldn't want someone saying those things about someone close to you.

Arrived just now around 9:45pm. I checked the hours beforehand and it said they closed at 11pm - they should still be open right? WRONG - the Open sign was lit, and the worker there was still in view sitting in the back with most of the store lights off. I went to open the door and it was locked, and I looked down to check the hours again to see when they closed and it still said 11pm. The worker finally looked up and shook her head "no". I don't know who works here for the last shift on Sunday nights (today is 09/18), but that girl needs to be written up or fired. She is getting paid for doing absolutely NOTHING and turning customers away.

Sunday (9/18/22)- Terrible. Went at 9:45pm because we knew it was late and this location said online that they closed at 11pm. When we got there the front of the door also said 11pm. But the door was locked and the lights were half off in the lobby. When we tried again and got the attention of a worker who was casually sitting in the back on her phone and only made the gesture that they're closed. Clearly she decided to close early and wait out the time until they're suppose to close.
