Last night my daughter and I went in to get a sandwich the who was there didn't even greet us left us standing for 5 min or never acknowledged us ,when he finally did said it's gonna be a while I have orders to make instead making our one sandwich ? not the first time he doesn't greet the customers or acknowledged them until his ready he needs training on customer service

You know you don't go here for ambiance or service just for that classic subway sandwich taste. Even though they've made several changes the flavor is still there!Dietary restrictions: You can get pretty close to a keto meal here for us diabetics with the wraps and salads.

So I stopped by last night 12/07/2023, at around 9:30pm. There was a little meatball working there. You could tell by the look on her face, and thr way she was helping the 2 customers infront of me that she was done, annoyed, tired, whatever. My turn comes I said hi, I try and make small talk, but no. She sighs and turns around! Like I'm not hitting on, I just asked how your night was going. SHEESH! If you can't work grave or hate your job QUIT!

I ordered 3 12 packs of cookies. I should have counted them before I left the shop. There were 11 in one box, 11 in another box and 9 in the third box. We were shorted 5 cookies and some were crumbled. Someone can't count or is a cookie theif.

The worst franchise ever…No clue why the Health Department does not shut this place down. Staff turns from cleaning the floor to prepping a pizza without changing gloves, or worse, not wearing gloves at all.No excuses for something like that… PERIOD

When I got here it was late night with a small rush, with one worker but he/ she worked at a nice pace giving very good service doing very well an was able to serve everyone at a nice reasonable time to were nobody
Homeless hangout either sleeping inside or leaving behind bugs on the tables.I told one of the girls about the bugs, so hopefully that was taken care of.
