Everytime I visit this location after 4pm the workers are always taking forever to make orders. They spend too much time talking instead of working. I will not recommend going here if you’re hungry or on a time limit. You will be sitting around waiting !!!!! Won’t ever visit again.

ordered on app and left clear instructions on wanting sandwich toasted, not only did i mark it down on the app but as well typed out special instructions. cheese not melted and food cold. disappointing

The employees are always friendly. My order is always made quickly and tastes great.
Sometimes they get a bit busy and look understaffed, but the team is always helpful and quick.

The employee make wait on the line for more than 10 mins just to order a drink, that's ridiculous. I know they have aline to order sandwiches, but only to ask for a drink I don't think you have to wait.

Second worst experience I've had at a subway. I am a subway local, always ordering subway and never have an issue with my sandwhichs. But when I came to this location today and asked for a Turkey Italiano PEARLA REFUSED to make it for me and instead made a full spicy italian and added full turkey. Which is A LOT of excess meat we didn't need. And then I asked the same emoloyee (Pearla) for the pizza sub and when it came to the marinara sauce she REFUSED to put any on my sandwhich unless I paid extra for the meatballs which I didn't want only needed the sauce for the PIZZA SUB. She was rude and refused to reach out to a manager for me. I understand that these items are no longer on the POS System but every subway I've ordered from has never given me an issue with these sandwhichs like she did today. Definitely going to be calling in a complaint as well. She looked like the most seasoned worker but RIDICULOUSLY TERRIBLE SERVICE.

My husband usually comes to this location, he always has a problem with the manager not taking coupons. So he stopped coming to this location, I came today since it was on my way to work, and yes she still doesn't want to take the coupons I don't know if it affects her bonus or pay rate but she doesn't take them I asked her why she said its not me its the machine, I went to another location on Cheyenne and civic center and had NO issues, and she's always rude she should not be infront helping customers.

So I tempted to get something simple like a tuna sandwich from this place trying it again same results it's just not a good place to go please avoid this like the plague they're rude in their subject just not good given bad bad name for Subway
Says they close at 11 pm and when i got there it was 10:20 and the doors were lock i saw the worker and she just shook her head no as in no service. Honestly why put those business hours if you won't follow them.
