Recently dined with my boyfriend, finding ourselves the sole patrons in the entire establishment. I opted for the all-you-can-eat option and received a salad, 2 nigiri, and a roll, while he ordered a single roll. Surprisingly, despite the emptiness, service was unusually slow. The fish on my nigiri was disappointingly thin, akin to the ginger slices, and the rice fell apart instantly. The rolls had a pasty texture and lacked any discernible flavor. Adding insult to injury, our server inaccurately charged us, a notable blunder given the absence of other diners. Despite warnings from acquaintances, we decided to give it a try, but regretfully, we won't be returning.

The lady with purple hair needs to learn manners and to NOT try and intimidate her coworkers. About 20 minutes of me waiting for my water to be refilled, the sushi chef asked if she could refill it. She replied with “ what” “ huh”. So I said “ can you refill my water please” & she made this snarky remark “ you can’t understand him majority of the time.” Tried to laugh & realized no one was laughing. You could tell it made the chef super uncomfortable. It was ignorant. Just because someone doesn’t speak a language perfectly, doesn’t mean you get to belittle them. While bringing my water she had an attitude and kept looking over like she had a problem.

The sushi is pretty good and reasonably priced! Every time i've gone the service has been exceptional. Calm and relaxed environment. Good for a quick bite to eat.

Party of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids. I was aware we were going to be paying full price for the kids. We didn't even really order the AYCE price worth in food. We couldn't finish 1 roll. ONE ROLL....and they decide to charge us full price for it. Their drinks are charged by the can, but they don't have to go cups. So if you order more drinks, be sure to finish it or you lose out on it. But they make sure to charge you for the rolls you don't finish. Seriously, it was a waste of money. I should've just gotten California rolls from Smith's. Icing on the cake? They add 18% gratuity for parties 5 or more, even if part of the party is kids. I get it, but really? They didn't deserve that big of a tip. The chef? Hell yea! Food was amazing!! Service and how much they robbed us? Absolutely not. Waitress didn't even know what she was bringing out. We were never offered to order another round of food. No offering more drinks. We weren't catered to even though we were the only table. You'd think we'd get better service since they're getting an automatic tip. Nope.

When trying somewhere new, I always make sure to try multiple options to really try and get a feel for what the restaurant offers.I tried everything from the pork belly to the honey toast, and I did not have a single bad bite. The restaurant itself is small & very quaint. The lighting is a bit dimmer than I might like, it was a little difficult to read the menu, but it was cozy and comfortable overall.Everything was absolutely delicious, it came quickly, and the service was excellent. Our server, Monica, was fantastic. She was a key ingredient to us enjoying our experience. The price of the all you can eat was the $30 per person dinner pricing, and it a was worth every penny. My only critique is that I do wish it was a little brighter, but we will definitely be back!

Sushi Day is a small reasonably good sushi restaurant located in North Las Vegas. You can order a la carte or go for the All-You-Can-Eat (lunch around $25. Dinner around $30). The prices are very low here. It's not the high end melt in your mouth stuff here but it will do for a sushi fix.We went for the all you can eat ($29.95@)Between us we tried a lot of things.crispy tuna, vegetables tempura, salmon, tuna, yellowtail, snapper sushi, spicy tuna roll, salmon lover roll, Korean BBQ Beef Burrito, fried shrimp, and yuzu sake.On the night we were there they made the nigiri sushi with loose rice that fell apart. The rest was reasonably good.I never had yuzu sake before. To me it didn't taste like sake but was refreshing and not too sweet. Our server was very helpful and efficient.3 stars is a positive review on Yelp and translates to A-OK

When I went I was the only customer for about half an hour. Did the AYCE and for the 32 dinner price and 90 minute time limit, sadly I don't think I'll come back. Even with me being the only customer my food came so so slow. Other customers finally started coming and I was still waiting for my last round. Makes me sad I really loved this place as Sushi Wow.

This is my new go-to in North Las Vegas for AYCE sushi. Staff is always pleasant and pretty quick (except trainees which is to be expected). Food is always on-point and fresh. They may or may not have salmon/yellowtail collars depending on stock. They've always been out of uni when I go - but I think they are removing it from the menu (which is fine).Recommend the "Holy Shiet" roll if you like spicy. Beware - it's HOT"Orange Crush" roll is super refreshing and light if you like salmon
