Went through drive-through. 3 people took my order to start with. Got to window cashier was so high couldn't even talk. Got home, and my bag was soggy. Horrible customer service when returning food. I went to show what was wrong, and the lady took it out of my hands as if I was going to run off with it. Didn't even look at what was wrong. Lettice water all over bag and taco nasty water. Went to return my money, and all I wanted was my order remade. The same stoned cashier was laughing in the back because I had come back. Horrible. I will call corprate.on this.

I waited 18 minutes past the time my online order was supposed to be ready. Drive thru orders being placed went ahead of my. I was on a lunch from work. I got my food and couldn't even eat it because I had to rush back to work. With no time left to eat. Bad for business when ordering ahead and you wait for people barely placing orders.

My tacos was so soggy and not what I usually get when I order a double stacked taco and it was no nacho cheese in between the shells just shell.
If I can give it a zero star! I would the manager was so rude! We were nice and she comes out of no we’re two times taking about she don’t know how to do stuff how to check for rewards the cashier she was nice and even looked scared I felt bad I kept my cool but the chubby lady aka manager was mad rude she said she didint know what we wanted rude like how do you put someone as a manager that don’t know English? I was talking to the cashier but she would get in it and talk to her employees so rude and loud, this was my first time in this location never again!

sometimes i come here and the guy with a mask and i think he wear glasses is really helpful. last time i came an old man needed help to order since he didn’t know how to use it and and there was this girl kinda being stingy to the man all because he needed help with the screen and she didn’t wanna help him check him out. the guy with the mask just rushed to help the man without even hesitation. that girl should be shamed of not helping the old man. the guy needs a raise or something because he seems the only one to do his job right and isnt stingy like other employees.

I don’t eat here often , but when I do come to this location the employees are always friendly and helpful. My order is always made correctly. They are quick and my food tastes great. One thing that is important to me is friendly service and they always provide that.
