no line, they said welcome in, let me add steak and extras to my burrito and actually gave me my food unlike McD's next door which you get none of these from. feels more like Chipotle here now.

Staff is rude and completely incompetent. Staff cares more about drive thru than assisting the customers in store. Will say anything and make up anything to not assist you. Train better or hire better, this is ridiculous.

Sign on, third time we’ve gone and told ‘system is updating we aren’t taking riders’. This Taco Bell is the worst. Awful service and we live near. Never giving what it states is available. Do not go here! We even told them their sign needs off if not open. Not good business.

Who ever the lady is on night shift has a horrible customer service. Went there at 3am and the drive through was closed, but the door was open and instantly got told to get out with no questions asked.
It was extremely uncomfortable so obviously I just left. Don’t come to this location

if I could leave 0 stars I would. I waited 20 minutes in the drive through line and there was only 2 cars in front of me. then I finally get to the window and the cashier basically throws my box into my hands, then gave me the wrong drink which included an upcharge, then gave me attitude when I asked for the correct drink and rather than taking the extra dollar off my purchase he just gave me another cup forcefully and said have a good night. the 20 minutes was already ridiculous, but the attitude topped it off
Cheerful crew and patient with the wife while she changed her order three times. They ended up getting my order wrong, but when I went back to address it they didn't give me any excuses they just remade it the way I wanted it. People make mistakes, but the way they fix it makes them good in my book.

It takes 30+ minutes to receive your mobile app ordered food. The unhoused guy sleeping next to the drink machine get's free drinks all day and hits me up for five bucks! They used to be happy with a dollar. I gave him some of my food and he seemed upset but ate it anyway LOL!

I ordered 3 meals and all were horrible. The chalupas were cold, and shell was hard. Burrito was also cold. I will not be going back!!
