Waited in the drive thru for the worker to stop laughing so she can take my order and even then I had to keep repeating myself because she was laughing at who knows what. Takes my order I pay and makes me go to the back around into the other lane so I CAN GET OUT TO GET MY FOOD. At that point what’s the purpose of a drive thru?!?! Never coming back again.

Ordered nachos. Every time I do @ other Taco Bells they mess it up. Last time I ordered @ this Taco Bell it was perfect. Not today! Ordered nachos, they did not put cour cream on the. Good thing I checked. So the guy threw in sourcream instead of making me a new order, fine. We get home, the rest of our other tacos that come w/sour cream, ya none! So now the sour cream I was given for my nachos, I have to share w/ 3 other family members for their tacos. The cooks in background, plump and lazy. So now this new Taco Bell is following suite w/the others. TEAIN YOUR STAFF!

I wanted to share my recent experience attempting to use deliver an order from your establishment. Unfortunately, the encounter left me quite dissatisfied.Upon arriving to collect my order, I was disappointed to find that not only was it not ready, but it hadn't even been started. What compounded my frustration was the sight of the service workers prioritizing drive-through customers ahead of mobile orders. While I understand the importance of providing in-house customers with great service, it's disheartening to observe mobile orders, which should be prepared in advance, being neglected.This situation left me with the impression of unprofessionalism and rudeness. I believe there's room for improvement in the way mobile orders are handled.

Very simple order. Bean burrito & Grill a burrito supreme. I've worked at Taco Bell - super easy. This place doesn't care at all. They gave me 1 sauce per burrito! In what world is 1 sauce enough for a burrito?! Not to mention my burrito wasn't grilled and the teenagers who are getting paid at least some kind of wage to "work" there could care less and that is insane to me.Won't be back - not that it matters. But dang. I'm willing to drive an extra 4 miles just not to deal with this ridiculous stuff.

On Google it says they stay open until 3am but when you show up at 2 am their closed. People still inside working just no one help you with your order.

Every time I go here they say they can only take cash so if you don't have cash you can't order and you can only order 4 items or less and the last time I was there I had to pull aside and wait for over 8 min for 3

I came here August 15th. I ordered a build your own cravings box with a doritos locos taco, steak chalupa, beefy 5 layer burrito, chips & nacho cheese sauce, large Mt Dew Zero and an extra doritos locos taco. It was a freebie that day it was on a Tuesday. So the girl brings out my order and there's a bag with the extra taco on top of the cravings box. She hands it to me through the passenger side window kind of sideways and the bag slides of the box and the food opens and falls all over the floorboard of my car. She goes in comes back with another taco then walks away. I call her back and ask for my drink. She brings me a Baja blast which wasn't what I ordered. She goes back in brings me out the right one and I finally head home only to see none of the modifications I put into the app were followed. I go back to the store to talk to a manager a few days later and the girl there had a guy come over and retake the order to replace. I get home and see that they gave me a regular cravings box (beefy 5 layer burrito,, beef chalup, regular taco, cinnamon twists) and some extra stuff I didn't even order.... Of course being a new location and the fact they don't give receipts there is no phone number on yelp to contact them like there is for every other location in town.... Also conveniently the order is now not showing in my order history on the app... All I have as proof is the charge on that date on my credit card statement. WTF....

The taco is NEVER Filled! Definitely NEVER looks like the photo! False advertising ? ? over priced food NEVER cures the hunger!

If you want freshly made and hot food? Don't eat here. I was the only person in the drive through and before I pulled up to the window they had my food already there. Wow, how did they do that. Food in under 20 seconds. When I got home to feed my family. 4 minuets away. The food was COLD and SOGGY like it was made a two hours ago. The taco's and burrito's were half full and the taco's fell apart do to shells being soggy. Now I understand why I was the only one in the drive through at 5:10 pm. With food like this it will be difficult to keep customers. This is my first and last time at this new (just opened) location.

Great place. We walked in and ordered on the kiosk. There is no place to sit down but the food was delivered fast and was great quality for Taco Bell. Is Taco Bell is right off of I-15 which makes it easy to get to if you're traveling north out of Vegas or South in to Vegas.
