I got takeout from this restaurant tonight. And let me tell you, the best chinese food I've had in a longtime ! I totally recommend the Moo Goo Gai Pan, chicken egg rolls and Pad Thai ! I will definitely be back !! Thank you for the good food !

This my go-to Chinese place, food is good, prices reasonable. But one of my biggest pet peevess is bad customer service. The new guys taking orders is rude as hell. rude I ordered a family dinner. C Plus 13 wontons, and he puts one small container of sweet and sour sauce i want big container in the bag. Mind you, we use the sauce for eggrolls, noodles, and, Singapore noodles of course, the wontons. When I asked for two more, he acted like it came out of his angry face looking . I will be speaking with the manager on this weekend . Why lose a customer over some sauce. He acts like I'm on his time when ordering if I look at the menu, too long. Never had an issue before, but his not so great attitude is wack or weak . Bring the original guys back to the front. This guy obviously has other things to do than accommodate customers. please implementation or improved the services thank you or file a complaint to snhd southern health district and today i go the waitresses don’t understanding what i want please bring old coworker back My onions taste musty! moly Was not happy with my food order. the carb ragoon has no crab should be called cheese wontons. This place is amazingly fast and quite delicious. I had the kung-pao chicken lunch special with an order of fried fish, which I had been craving for a while now. The fried fish was breaded and fried to perfection. The lunch specials are reasonably priced.
Really great food! Came out super hot right off the wok. We ordered hot and sour soup, general tso chicken, and chicken chow mein. Very reasonable pricing. Definitely will be back and recommend with enthusiasm.

Very very disappointing situation from this restaurant today. I have been a long-time customer and regularly order food from Tasty Bite two or three times a week. Today after picking up my order and arriving home I noticed that I did not receive the order of steamed rice that was included with one of my entrees. I immediately called and was told they have too many orders and that it would take 1 hour for them to make it if I returned to pick it up. After speaking with a lady that couldn't understand me she gave the phone to a male that said he would have the small steamed rice brought to me, but it would take 2 hours. I told him that would be fine however the I asked for a large steamed rice not a small when I ordered and the male I spoke with said it comes with the large. He said the order only comes with the small. I offered to pay for the large since that is what I wanted when I ordered. He then said they didn't have time to make a large and that if I wanted it I could come back in an hour or, they would deliver it in two hours but it would only be a small since they have too many orders to make my large steamed rice!
I was not asking for anything for free and if he claimed it came with a small I would pay the difference to get what I wanted. He said once again they have too many orders to make me a large steamed rice so that would have to do.
Well, since you seem to be overwhelmed with business, you've just lost yourself TWO very good paying customers. Good Luck Tasty Bite. I hope you realize that success is fleeting and can change in a second if you mistreat your customers welcome to the USA!
