I recently ordered from Teriyaki Madness on Craig and had a mixed experience. The food itself was delightful—the flavors were spot-on, with just the right amount of spice that elevated the dish without overwhelming it. However, the temperature of the food left something to be desired; while flavorful, it wasn’t as hot as one would expect for freshly prepared meals.

The biggest downside, though, was the pricing. At $35 for a bowl combo, it felt outrageously expensive. Considering the portion and quality, the value simply didn’t justify the steep cost. While I can appreciate great food, such high prices make it difficult to recommend for frequent visits. A more reasonable price point would truly allow this restaurant to shine.

I really wanted to like this place, but it just missed the mark for me. I paid about $15 per bowl, which felt steep considering the overall experience. When I arrived for pickup, my order wasn’t ready, and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. The store itself looked a bit run-down—broken drink fridge, no ice in the soda machine, and random handwritten signs everywhere. The chicken katsu pieces were oddly shaped and unappetizing, which made the meal hard to enjoy. Honestly, I feel like I could’ve gone to Chipotle for less money, fresher ingredients, quicker service, and a better vibe. I’ll probably try a different Teriyaki Madness next time.

I ordered a chicken breast bowl. It was literally the worst quality chicken I’ve ever had. The website made it seem fresh, this was a million miles from fresh. It was so tough and chewy I ended up just eating the rice.
That being said the egg rolls and gyoza are good. The employee was really nice.

Whenever I called to let them know, I don’t want onions or zucchini. They always do it right they get it right they give me a nice amount of meat rice broccoli carrots everything is nice and hot and it’s very tasty season just right the young lady that answer the phone was very knowledgeable and very friendly as well thank you. I definitely will be back within a couple of days

The food is delicious but the girl in the counter wasn’t so pleasant we went around the 1pm and her attitude was bad negative energy she had with a face and sounds she was making just because she had to go back and put in my coupon but she didn’t ask and last time we were there the girl there told us she can’t put the coupon till we made the order that’s what we did this one didn’t ask and made a angry sound and she went to the back I’m guessing to tell the cooks to be skimpy because last time the girl working the night shift was so nice her voice and attitude were great but the morning girl was just bad and the serving were bad how do they not give out a good serving wen your paying 38 for two bowls and two sodas like I said the night girl is great and great serving for what your paying for but the serving size this time were horrible

I got a steak bowl mixed with white rice and noodles. The rice was so gummy , the steak Taste like freezer like they just warmed it up .3 Huge pieces of steak didn't cut it up. It was not worth $18.

0/10 after ordering my food and coming home to eat I found a long hair in my food can believe that who ever was making my food thought it was ok the let it come out like that. Edit: after calling and asking for a refund and talking to the manager they asked if they could remake the food but after looking at other reviews I can see that this isn’t a one time thing there are multiple people that have had the same problem with hair in there food which is a BIG problem.

My first time going to this place and two beautiful women are very helpful. The free macaroni salad shouldn’t be fed to humans it sux to say the least. Everything else is very good just super overpriced. The two ladies make it worth it…

The ladies at the front cashier are rude every time i come there but they serve hispanics better i litterly sat and watched it i will be speaking to management.
