The wait is just rediculous, when you order they say what time to come which can take up to 30 minutes but you wait another 30-45 minutes for one meal. They don't greet you or ask you anything, you basically need to talk or ask questions but the cooks in the back are the ones who has an attitude and starts talking about you or others in Spanish which they don't realize people can understand them. It's like they have no good feeling in there and it's sad because it makes the atmosphere in there dead. It's like they don't do your order until you get there even if you do your order online. The food was alright it wasn't great, but I wouldn't go there again and it was my first and last but they need to have better people in that job including the manager.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly

Well, the food was OK compared to so many other places that sells the same thing the price keeps going the customer service was OK. It wasn’t bad could be a little bit better. People should have a little bit patience always at a rush when they trying to take your order, but other than that it was OK.
What a hidden gem. Clean and staff were very friendly. Definitely coming back again and again.

By far some of the worst customer service I’ve seen, they do not greet you. When you walk in, they will stare at you until you talk to them first. The waiting time is also ridiculous for this place. I would highly recommend retraining your staff on the basics of Customer Service. If a person is spending almost $40 for a meal for two, I would expect much more out of this place.

When half of the food is rice the rice can not be cooked wrong! Gross mushi kinda like paste. Cheap on sauce as well we were given two cups for a large bowl and small bowl no napkins . It's the small things that count for me.

I love teriyaki madness, but this location wasn’t a good Experience. They took forever for my order, and food was half way cold. Hope things get better!!!
They take too long and sometimes if they are out of white rice they add noodles with out telling the customer.
