The Great Greek Mediterranean Restaurant

This was the biggest letdown I've had in a while. Watching this being built, I was very excited. However,the food was underwhelming. The seasoning was basically salt and pepper. No offense to Utah, but it tasted like someone born in Utah decided to open a Greek restaurant. I didn't feel it was worth the hefty price. The staff, although new, should know the menu. It's apparent they didn't want to be there. Hopefully, they can make some changes.

This was my first time going to the Losee location. I used to live closer to the Craig location. I ordered the Greek salad add gyro meat online to go. With tax it was almost $17. Very high for a salad but I have had it at Craig location on their outside patio before and loved it. When I walked up to counter, I told the girl that I ordered online and gave her my name. The bag was sitting right there, and she just pushed it toward me across the counter. I told her I had never ordered to-go before and asked if it comes with the pita and tzatziki. She sounded annoyed and said "Yes, it's in there" Maybe she was pissed because I did notice she was counting money, and I interrupted her? Anyway, no thank you or other words from her, just annoyed looking. I drove 7 minutes home and started eating my Salad. The side of vinaigrette dressing was mostly olive oil with hardly any vinegar and spices. No flavor. More than half of the gyro meat was dried out. The dried meat looked smooth like the outside meat of a new cone. For almost $17 I was not happy with my salad so I decided to call and let them know. I asked for the manager and was told she had run to the bank. I told the girl on the phone why I was calling and She was friendly and took down my number saying "I don't know if she will refund you or what, but I'll have her call you back. She should be back within 30 minutes". I then said, "I'm not looking for a refund, but maybe a discount for next time" I never received a call back, and no messages either. In the end I threw away more than half the salad because there was no flavor from the olive oil dressing. So, I decided to write this review and not visit this location again.

Today I went to have lunch with my husband, it was slow, only one customer was there and already eating, we went to the counter and there were 3 employees there, one of them with her back towards us and two other were chatting with each other , we waited at list 5-7 minutes until they decided to stop talking and come and take our order. We found that to be horrible customer service. While sitting down waiting for our food there was one of the employees taking from behind the counter with another person which was sitting at a table ( a friend I assume) and he was telling him how when he did they deposit was 30 dollars short on top of other shortage he already had. Again, we thought that was of poor taste to talk about business at loud when everybody in the restaurant could hear him. We love the food but I don’t think we’ll be coming back again to this location because of the poor customer service. Please get better employees.

I was craving a gyro and stumbled on this place. For $10 it was one of the best gyros I've ever had! Definitely worth the 12 min detour off the I-15.

Create your own platter with choices of lamb, chicken, beef, or seafood. Look to spend a good deal - worth the savory treat.

Their menu has some other good options like wraps, bowls, or just salads. They grill to order.

I'm not sure the lamb kabob I got was newly grilled though. The salmon was great! A combo is what I preferred.

Friendly service goes a long way. Thanks a bunch! I'll be back another time to grab a gyro. Good hot food.

Interior and seating were simple, fairly clean but lacked Greek culture or decor. Then again it's a franchise restaurant. It'll do of you just want a good balanced meal.

The last few times we have visited this location they are closing earlier and earlier. We have been told we are only doing to go orders. The hours say they are open until 9pm. However the staff closes whenever they choose. Tonight showed up at 7:15pm and were told oh sorry we are only doing to go order. I would understand if it was closer to 8:30 or later. However over an hour earlier and they are mopping the floor’s putting the juice and away and whatever else they have to do to close. Since the staff chooses when to close how much revenue is being lost not to mention turning away customers who desire to dine in are turned away. I have no reason to return to this location.

Had a large greek salad with gyro meat. Feta cheese, olives, cucumbers and extra onions with a nice vinerette tart dressing. Also got a gryo to go. Lamb was delicious. I will definitely come back again.

The Falafel pita and the Greek salad wrap are phenomenal. This was my first time getting food from this restaurant and they knocked it out of the park. I will definitely be eating here again in the very near future

Extreme weakness in customer service

I ordered 2 beef souvlaki and 1 chicken. The portions were good. The salad, pita, fries, and rice pilaf were sooo good! The beef didn't have much flavor though. I know we're supposed to eat them on their own, but I had to dip it in the sauce for flavor. I ended up taking half home and using A1 sauce.

Fresh, tasty, clean. Popped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised with the freshness and quality of the food. Portions are very generous.

There are minimal gluten-free options.

The option is a salad with protein.
