They lied and false advertised their Cinnabons. I wanted to try their Cinnabon because they had a sign posted on their menu that said available all day. To my surprise when I went to go order they told me it’s only available during breakfast time and would not make good on their error. So I ended up getting something else so I wouldn’t walk away empty handed. I definitely felt like they deceived me in every way. I took a photo of the advertisement but there is no where to post the photo.

I had a very bad unfortunate experience a couple days ago with this specific location. I ordered through the Wendy's app food for my teenage son that I had picked up from out of school. It charged me already through the app so I went to the drive thru and they acted like at first I didn't have that order. I showed the girl at the window my receipt. She tells me someone else had the same order and picked it up. So they GAVE my order away to someone else. Ofcourse I'm upset and I asked for a refund they wouldn't give it to me because of their unethical policy of ordering through the app. The manager there was careless and put a fake district manager on the phone. I spoke with him and he claimed he would issue the refund. No one apologized and offered nothing for their careless mistakes. I am never returning to this location ever again and would recommend everyone to just order elsewhere but if they must order here don't do it through the app. Do it in person.

The owners, managers and staff at this Wendy's are unprofessional and are playing games. " THEY INTENTIONALLY HAVE THE WIFI OFF AT THE STORE SO THE APP DOES NOT WORK WHEN YOU GO THERE ". You cannot use the app. So, Then they try to sell you the food full price. I will never go there again.

There is nothing to special inside the restaurant. However, the new Nacho Loaded burger is REALLY good, and the service was pretty fast, too! The cashier was a bit awkward, but otherwise, he got us our food fast!

The food was over cooked, the staff lacked basic customer service skills and was unable to answer simple questions, the dining area was a mess, the floors were sticky and I walked into and right back out of the bathroom due to odor. This used to be my favorite location.
