*Update 2/15/25* I gave the take out experience a 2nd chance and long story short, nothing improved. So the boneless wings were still slimy and soggy by the time i sat down at my table. They did put vent holes in the boxes and the inside of the box wasn't wet from steam, but I personally think it’s the breading. The chicken quality is good. You can def can tell they are chunks of quality chicken breast but the breading cant hold up in a five min car ride. Fried food, we want a crispy crunchy texture and you’re not going to get that unless you probably eat them at the restaurant.

I have been to this place twice before and thought the regular bone in wings were great. Now I normally eat wings at the restaurant because I want them hot and crispy and the dressing cold. Tonight I decided to uber eats some food and they were running a special. I ordered some boneless wings. Delivery took a normal amount of time, 10 min or so. When I got the wings and took a bite, I had to spit it up. They were colder than room temp, slimy, soggy, gross nuggets of chicken. The container wasn't made for hot food so there are no vents, so they just steamed in the box from the moment they were put in to when they were opened. They went right into the trash because the texture and cold temps were off putting. Throwing away $20 in food isn't fun. The Mac and cheese was hot so that tells me they were not fresh from the fryer wings.

Wings are the BOMB!!!!!!!! Their lemon pepper with tajin is a must have! This is now our go to place for wings. The people are super friendly and welcoming. Great service.

As a chef as a CEO I literally got some of the best tenders right now during super bowl and I just want to applaud the kitchen and staff the chicken came crispy and I got everything dry it told me that they're taking their time back there and I appreciate it a lot made me happy

The service was great the servers were very polite and helpful explanation of the different temperatures of tastes from not spicy to ghost pepper hot, Thanks to the team👍🏽

Went back and everything was perfect 10/10 wings were well done tried Nashville hot fry seasoning delicious 👌

Update: I contacted the email provided and literally 8 minutes later the VP of Operations replied a sincere apology and took care of the issue. Pleasantly surprised at the great customer service. They made things right 👍 thanks

It's better than WINGSTOP. SORRY TO SAY. TIRED OF TOO WAITING LONG. WINGZONE WAS QUICKLY THAN MINUTES.
WORTH IT TO EAT DINE IN HERE.

My wings were really dry and tots. Called the store the Supervior Frankie first did not let me speak cut me off and assumed I was trying to score free food. I advised him that my food was really dry and over cooked he said I had to bring the food back. I ordered delivery thur wing zone website so in reality I couldn’t take the food back! He said that was the only way he would
Consider any accommodations terrible not everyone is out to cut corners shame on wing zone never going back

Marissa H she did a wonderful customer service job she did a wonderful service of presenting an order letting us know how the food was she presented everything that employee supposed to be I'm not sure if she's a manager or not but she did everything correct she want to wash their hands and then she put on first new gloves she did everything responsible and respectful you too and I enjoy being here and I love eating here
