If I could leave 0 stars I would they were blasting music couldn't find orders my order was beyond cold and I arrived before the wait time. They put so much freeze from the chicken in the container that my dry rub turn in to wet wings. And when I say EXTRA WELL DONE thats what I mean. If I'm paying I want it the way I want it. I'll never order from here again time to find a new wing place because it's constant mess up after mess up. And management doesn't care the only way wing stop will survive is to lower there prices because the prices they have currently is not matching the presentation of the food I order. It's like they have a bunch of 4 year olds playing in the kitchen. They are rude and have zero class or decorum. Beyond disgusted.

Wings are starting to get shrinkflated and I've seen this every year more and more, sauce feels like lake mead it's starting to get dry, price is not that low to have this level of dryness, I think your saving enough with the MC nuggets size of the boneless, no need to get cheap on the sauce, and them is the service ,I know people like doordash or other apps, but c'mon if I go and order there why does it take more, stop giving preference to the online order it should be the same priority put more sauce and let's train and feed more the chicken to have bigger wings
Really busy location. Order was misread by delivery driver or cashier. Took the order back and ended up waiting 15 to 20 minutes longer for the correction. They gave us a side of free fries.

They told me my 24p wings will be ready in 25 to 30 min i said ok bc i thought it was gonna be that time i got late waiting here 1 hour 30 min they keep saying 15 min 10 min 15min that’s why i stay waiting but whatever just be honest next time and don’t waste people times

Great food, but if you go around dinner time, be prepared to wait and wait they have so many options on they're menu so many flavors, bone in wings, and boneless with choices of bbq and honey and on and on and then a huge wide range of heats and levels of peppers, they are very tender
