I first ordered wings and they barley put sauce on them they tasted horrible took them back and ask to replace them with chicken tenders. I expressed my concerns about the lack of sauce and this is what I got...The service at the front counter was good. But the quality of the food was horrible I didn't even say anything else I just left. Waste of time and money.

My food was delivered at a different house, I called the store and they put me on hold for more than 10 mins. They reached out saying it was delivered to the right address when it wasn’t. I had to walk around my neighborhood to find my food and lucky I found my food not open.
If I could leave 0 stars I would they were blasting music couldn't find orders my order was beyond cold and I arrived before the wait time. They put so much freeze from the chicken in the container that my dry rub turn in to wet wings. And when I say EXTRA WELL DONE thats what I mean. If I'm paying I want it the way I want it. I'll never order from here again time to find a new wing place because it's constant mess up after mess up. And management doesn't care the only way wing stop will survive is to lower there prices because the prices they have currently is not matching the presentation of the food I order. It's like they have a bunch of 4 year olds playing in the kitchen. They are rude and have zero class or decorum. Beyond disgusted.
