Used to frequent this location a lot, but on my last visit I watched one of the workers take the trash out & drop the trash can & go straight to making orders without washing her hands first! Demanded a refund and left. Will never return! I guess people learned nothing from a global pandemic & how serious improper food handling is. Just make your own wings at home if you value your health. Another thing I noticed my last few visits is that they don’t get much traffic anymore so they have batches of food already made & when you order, you’re being served food that’s been sitting in fryer baskets for however long ago the food was originally cooked! This used to be my favorite placed, they’ve completely gone downhill. Not worth the $$$$$ or the risk of getting sick!

I didn't eat inside the restaurant, but it was clean and looked comfortable. The wings are crispy and delicious. We ordered lemon pepper, mild hot wings and plain. The french fries are very good and well seasoned. My favorite wings are the mild hot wings, just the right spice for me. If you like a lot of spice, try the spicy ones. All of the wings are crispy with quite a bit of meat on the inside. I've tried other places and this by far is my favorite.

VERY disappointed in this location, we go here a lot and spend a lot of money there to get hair in our food it's disgusting much less a health code violation just to say it can't be refunded but can be remade!! Not helpful or professional 0/10

Called at 11:35 they closed at 12 the lady manger on duty stated that she couldn't do flats only or fried extra hard ,I called the ivf system it didn't take my order correctly so I wasted over 20 mins placing an order just to go in and found out my order wasn't there ,They suck

Stop going here until new management. They dont care about quality what so ever. I asked for well done fries with extra seasoning and I got saugy regular ones. It taste like there's use old oil. They barely seasoned my food which was just a lemon pepper dry rub so it was basically no flavor to it now. Everytime I order from here they mess something up trying to rush orders out.

What happened to the wings? It was usually normal size . Now it’s bite sizes. I ordered 8 boneless combo half hot honey and mango habanero . I was so disappointed when I opened my meal at home ! It’s never the same but for the same prize . Not worth it .

I grab wings at least once a week from wing stop...
Good chicken fare...not fast food cheap but worth a bit more for quality AND taste in decent fast food...Update: went downhill and I passed for a year...Came back and discovered poor service and shaky surroundings. Asked TWICE to put ketchup in the bag...Pick it up and inquire, "You put ketchup in there, right?" "Oh, I forgot, sorry"... I just can't win but why are they hiring all these young folks who could care less and act VERY stupid! Shame on you Wing Stop...

I love this Wing Stop. Not only was the food fresh, good and delicious. The waitress accidentally threw our food away and they replaced the WHOLE order with no problem. Thank you guys for such great customer service.
I received the wrong order but I called the store and spoke with Jose , he was very kind helpful and understanding he said he would replace my order which he did and it was better than all the wingstops I’ve ever eaten in my life no cap thank you Jose your the best - Ann/loosee
