Honestly speaking, this is one of the worst wingstop locations I can consider. For starters, the wings are SO DRY due to them not adding ENOUGH SAUCE to the wings or they come out BURNT AS HELL. Next, their employees don’t take their job serious.. They constantly conversate and don’t focus on their work and that’s why orders take forever to be made and why they turn out wrong. All in all, I really do hope they figure it out and fix these problems because this one on lake mead is a total mess! I don’t know if it’s the lack of management the manager is not doing or whoever but changes need to be made in that location in order for this restaurant to stop having so many 1 stars and with such poor reviews. YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW. DO BETTER!!!

Honestly speaking this is by far the worst place ever I love wingstop and I go here because it is the closest to my house other than the 18 + min drive to other locations..... so honestly speaking from service to managers to how this place serves customers is the worst I've ever encountered. Guaranteed, never fails every single time they screw up my order and they are always rude about it when I call them out on it. I really hate the fact that this is the closest to my house please make a new location near by.

I had a horrible experience at this particular location. Were do i start for starters my order was wrong Lucky I checked so that was corrected. My food was undercooked underseason. So after paying 50 plus dollars I had to re cook my food it was evident the employees weren't paying attention to detail from the people taking orders to the cooks. If I could id give them a negative 🌟. Moral of the story you will be extremely disappointed if you visit this location for food. Just nasty extremely I could go on and on and on about the horrible service!!!!

This is by far the worst place to grab a meal. I regret giving them a second chance. I’m from California and occasionally visit my dad throughout the year. The first time I ordered, my meal was wrong, but I overlooked it and ate what I received. The second time, I was told my food would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived earlier than that, and surprisingly, it was already ready, which should have been a red flag.
When I got home, the food was cold, they hadn’t fulfilled my order correctly, and it tasted like someone else's leftovers that had just been thrown onto my plate. There was no effort to heat it up or add more sauce to improve the presentation—they just sent it out like that. Honestly, I feel like I could have gone to the store and bought some wings that would have tasted better.
I called to express my concerns and spoke with an unpleasant manager. Her proposed solutions were to remake my order or issue a refund. But what about the time and gas I would waste on making two trips? I’m tired of establishments thinking those are acceptable solutions. Instead, they should focus on training their staff and ensuring they properly prepare the food we purchase with our hard-earned money. They need to do their job right. I recommend avoiding this place altogether.

Bad Customer service every time i call immediately after placing order for delivery , to make my wings wet because i like them saucy they say okay they will make them wet & then they end up not making them wet & they mess the whole order up then when i order two ranches or more with my order i don’t get it do not place order for delivery bad service !!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered delivery that was my 1st mistake. Paid extra for 2 32oz sprites and got 1 small orange soda and 1 small root beer. Blasphemy. I also paid extra for bone in wings and there were FEATHERS in my wings. Whole entire feathers. Dead inedible.

Gave our food to the wrong people, and had to wait even longer. Heard a girl tell her coworkers “This is the second time this happens”. Full of teenagers who just stay in the front playing around.

The workers here are so rude
Ordered parmesan wings and tenders and both are plain like no seasoning what’s so ever this is not the first time something has happened to me at this location honestly you might be better off at the Nelis location
Did you guys run out of flats or something. I ordered all flats for delivery and received all
Drumsticks. Not one flat. I paid over $50 for my food. Very disappointed
