I’m getting poor service at Arby’s on SR160. Am i the only one.
4 of the last 5 times (80%) they haven’t had potato cakes ready to go. I’ve had to pull around each time and wait in the parking lot for an average of about 10 minutes.
The last trip, I pulled around and waited, and they finally brought my order out. I didn’t check it. I got home to find out I received the wrong sandwiches.

Arby’s is ok. The food is decent, the prices could be better. However when you take an order for mozzarella sticks and you don’t ask the size, then tell the person ordering that you got the large, was charged for a large, and received a small! Can’t got back to the restaurant cause it’s 20 minutes away so wasted money. Please teach your staff to either a) ask what size
B) put the correct amount in the persons bag
