“Every Arby's is different which is Sad since to Me EVERY Restaurant Fast Food or Not should have standards! This Arby's can be Hot or Miss, this was Good except the Au Jus was Too Strong. Everyone was Nice, the food was Fin Internet was down, (Not their fault) & that's the Main complaint. IF the Internet is down, (I have 2 Sons Who work for a Cell phone Co. ?) The Mgrs. Should take over & Honor Online Coupons, it can be a Challenge but for People Who Rely on those, it should be Done.Parking: Most parking problems are during Peak lunch hour due to drive thru traffic, avoid that time or Order on App. to get in & out Easier.Wheelchair accessibility: Same thing as above, avoid the Lunch Rush if possible & if you Use a Wheelchair the door is Easy to get inside.“
“As far as Carl's juniors go, this is one of the better ones. The staff is very nice and friendly, the place is clean and the food lately has been really good.It's 2 years later and it's still really good!Post-pandemic, place went downhill for a little while but it looks like the owner has put some money into it and made it look nicer with outdoor lighting at night and stuff.The staff is super nice in my experience and the food is still really good. My only complaint are prices but that's everywhere it's not just this establishment it's just the way it is right now. Definitely will go back and continue to curb my hunger with this establishment. “We went here for lunch after a DAR meeting. The food and staff were awesome. They also help locals learn new skills for employment. We also saw some neighbors there, we will definitely go there again for a couples meal. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, the staff was friendly. Our party was in a designated area, so it was a more intimate experience for our group.“
