Yesterday my husband and I placed an online order at 10:50am the app side said my food would be ready by 11:00am. Arrived at KFC at 11:03am, went up to the counter and was told that my wasn’t quite ready yet and would be a few more minutes, was not a problem at all and I was in no rush. Finally got my food around 11:15-11:20, the girl working told me everything was in my bag, I took her word (my mistake) and drove all the way home to mountain falls. The food's pretty good, but the staff working the drive-through is hands down the friendliest among all of Pahrump's fast food places. I genuinely enjoy their great attitudes, and management should take pride in their professionalism. kudos!!
How can a KFC not have coleslaw? You should have limited the person who bought large quantity of coleslaw but no chicken. Very unfair to the next customers !!!
