This is the Primm McDonald's. I placed my order via app, and they told me to wait at my table. The restaurant was cold, so I had to wear my heavy jacket. They did not bring my food to the table. A guy at the counter was yelling out numbers, and not being very nice about it. I got my order Ina bag instead of on a tray. Also, about 1/3 of the tables were dirty. This place is too understaffed. One of my better experiences with customer service at a McDonald’s. I was able to receive my two orders in a matter of minutes. To add, the store was extremely clean and organized.

I’m new to the McApp but as soon as I walked in a young man greeted me and asked if I needed any help! I told him I was new to the app and he immediately walked to the kiosk and showed me the fastest way to bring up all the options available. When I was finished with my food he came and disposed of it for me. Best service at a McDonald’s ever! Great job.
