Drinks are very good but the service is ridiculously slow. We waited 40 minutes for two boba teas. They desperately need to hire more people.

Reeks of cat piss nonstop. Owner refuses to put more than 1 batista on the line a majority of the time, easily can wait 20+ mins for drinks. Roaches everywhere.

Tea is good, boba is hard tho. But it STINKS really bad in the store like cat piss so it deters me from coming and I can’t sit down and hang out. Please air it out or find the source of the smell.

i came here on Sunday and the cashier Arwyn is very helpful and respectful, i absolutely love the customer service he gave me and the vibe he has and the other workers!. i will absolutely come back here again and try out the food next time.

CRINGE!!! Got to the tea house and there was Mexican Banda type music playing. Cashier didn’t know several items on the menu. My girl asked for the music to be changed to suit the atmosphere. Staff glared at her with anger and switched it to something we didn’t ask for. She tried asking for sauce for the potstickers and got ignored. We NOPED right on out! Will NEVER be coming back to this place again. Never had such an uncomfortable experience at an establishment before…

Ordered a large match and vanilla chai boba. Husband immediately started complaining that there were chunks of matcha in the drink. We will continue to go to the one on damonte

I'm sitting at the store that says it closes at 7 and it's 615 the doors are locked and the closed sign is up while the employees are in the back. How does this store make money being open 6 hrs a day max? I'm very disappointed and I will not go out of my way again to buy from them again.
