“I’ve been enjoying Walden’s for a few now, one of my favorite places to introduce friends too. I’ve always only eaten at the one on McCarren & then recently the one on wells & today the one on Arlington & the coziness of the atmosphere & the sweet, helpful girls at the counter were amazing & refreshing. It’s hard to find people with smiles on their faces. Thanks Abby!”
“Fabulous meal--some of the best ceviche I've had outside of Mexico and Peru. And the tostadas were excellent as well. Drinks, dessert, and service all deserve high marks. Outstanding restaurant. People in Reno are fortunate.”
“Calling all pasta lovers! This is a place for you when you are in town!! Did you know? They imported the flour to make paste directly from Italy! Save on airplane ticket. From the short menu, you know that they are specialized and all about PASTA! You can personalize and order your own pasta with a variety of sauces! The rigatoni bolognese is out of this world and taste like good old home cooking! Plentiful of rich ingredients and delish! The waitress was very friendly and great customer service! She even show you pictures from today's specials on her tablet. Great idea on visuals! The restaurant decor is average and flexible to accommodate large groups. Tucked in a small strip mall, parking wasnt too bad although we had a late dinner reservation. Highly recommend for all pasta lovers at Reno, NV and will definitely come back next time!”
“Man this place has some amazing food; the fried chicken, pork loin, spaetzle, etc. They've got great beers from which to choose and some pretty great wines and liquors as well. The atmosphere is great and the service has always been a great experience.”
“As a retired chef, I have never given five stars to any restaurant. However, I would be amiss if I did not give marcolinos restaurant five stars plus. Marco has done a fantastic job building his restaurant. His staff, his attitude towards his customers is outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody. That wants great food, warm atmosphere. And the best service in the city of reno.”

“Celebrated my birthday here. This is classy for being in a casino - fabric tablecloths and flowers and all that. The bread basket is warm and irresistible. We ordered Caesar salad (love the tiny cheese croutons!) and a house salad (loaded with artichoke hearts). For the main course, we had two equally amazing dishes - Veal Scaloppini (so tender and served with homemade fettuccine noodles - delicious!) and lobster risotto. We received a complimentary, strawberry shortcake for my birthday dessert. An absolutely perfect meal! Our server was very attentive and friendly. Can't wait to go back.”
“Booked a reservation on a whim, had found this restaurant through social media. It did not disappoint in any way!My husband had the rib eye steak and I had the Cannelloni, we shared fries and shishito peppers and all were excellent. They had a lemon blueberry cheesecake that was so good. It's a smaller place, during warmer weather they offer outdoor seating. I highly recommend this place for a great date night or small gathering with a few friends.”
“My boyfriend and I's favorite date night spot. Even through a snow storm! From the ambience to the service, to the great tunes. Our go to order is a Margherita pizza and fettucini besciamella to share.”

“We ordered to go for the first time and got stuck in a traffic jam coming home. Although running behind our server Meagan went the extra distance and called up back when our order was ready and then put the food under the heat lamps until we could get there. We enjoyed everything we ordered, fish and chips, chicken club, meatball sub, fried and tots! We will be back soon for sure!”
“Gem of a bakery in Reno! They make delicious breads, both regular and quick breads, and specialty items for all the holidays. We also love their traditional French ham and cheese quiche!”
“Me and my wife were visiting Reno for the weekend and we ran across this home looking restaurant. The hostess was very nice and welcoming. I ordered the seafood omelet which was very very delicious. The cooks are very good. The food was great! If I'm ever back in Reno I will definitely have my breakfast @ The Stone House Cafe.”
“We dine at Arario every time we are in Reno, never have been disappointed. Cute little spot on the second floor with outdoor dining. We coincidentally had the same server almost every time. Food and service is amazing! Brought new friends with us and they cleaned their plates!”
“Food is killer made to order as fresh as it gets. The place is very clean, staff is very friendly and attentive. You won't be sitting around with an empty drink here. Great place for lunch or quick dinner. Panda express can't compare to this it's the real deal.”

“1st time coming to Walden’s coffee house, needed a place to fill out some paperwork and grab a refreshing drink at the same time.Dietary restrictions: Love that they have so many options of milk choices for your coffee!”
“Man this place has some amazing food; the fried chicken, pork loin, spaetzle, etc. They've got great beers from which to choose and some pretty great wines and liquors as well. The atmosphere is great and the service has always been a great experience.”
“Shared some sweet potato/pecan pie, it was perfection. Came for the dessert, on advice of a college student who doesn't like to cook all the time. I'll be back for more as lots of people getting full meals. Budget friendly and delicious southern style food. Wanted to try the special Oxtails but probably next time. Its hidden in the basement of the old post office, support a locals restaurant.”
“The BEST Mexican food in town, hands down! Excellent, innovative food & margaritas, extremely friendly & fast service! Very reasonably priced, two can easily eat for under $50.I highly recommend the Ahai Ceviche, Quesabirria tacos, shrimp tostadas, cauliflower-apple tacos with spicy crema (yes they're surprisingly delicious! ) and their margarita specials, Mango being my favorite or a large glass bottle of mexican Coke!Lots of seating with the back enclosed patio. They handle busy rushes like pros so never any long waiting. Limited parking in back but we always find a spot. I cannot wait to eat here again & again.”

“Whether you want a simple scoop or a really fancy sundae whose toppings rival the craziness of a done-up Bloody Mary, only with sweet stuff... Black Rock Desserts has you covered. They're always making new flavors (ice cream is made in-house), and will give you a sample of anything you'd like to try.I personally like to get a split single scoop (yep, you can even do a single scoop with TWO flavors) with whichever flavors look good!Tonight was passionfruit and strawberry chocolate. Marlin added a few suggested toppings, and it was absolutely worth it. Trust him if he makes a suggestion!I love their deep chocolate, and the Ube is so delicious.I'm so grateful this place is in town, and love coming here.”
“Omg the best unique coffee you will ever have. Sage mint latte and blueberry lavender latte. Super delicious, not overly sweet and taste like real plant medicine, not fake syrup, so you know it's legit.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options”
“Wow they have the freshest fruit and the best snacks in town I love taking my whole family here for a treat they have so many good flavors of ice cream too!!Kid-friendliness: My kids love their ice cream and I love the price”
“This place is great but it can get a bit loud and crowded during busy times! All of their drinks are unique and delicious, and the baristas are really good at making espresso. I wish they were open Saturdays!”

“I’m from California and I’ve been to many places to try crepes in which would a lot of the times add up to $40 since I always go with my girlfriend. The crepes then also end up being not even worth it. I came to Reno for a little vacation and for breakfast we went to Kaffe crepe, it’s quite small but it perfectly fits the atmosphere. When we tried this crepe(the sweet tooth crepe) we were blown away. Quite possibly the best crepe and best sweet item I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. Not only was it actually God-like food, but it wasn’t even expensive, and even then I would actually PAY $40 for this then the other things I’ve had. If I ever come back I will go to this place every day for breakfast until they ban me out for coming too much. Don’t stop what you are doing guys you will be more successful than you know”
“Most coffee shops in Reno are very good, but this one is exceptional. Friends and acquaintances alike have agreed with me that this is the best coffee in town. The decor is lovely, the baristas are always friendly and timely even when they're packed, and I love that they use local ingredients in their coffee. They use a local chocolatier, Dorinda's, for many of their seasonal flavors. I love the pistachio flavor so much I'll be sad to see it go!We make the drive from Spanish Springs once a week because we love it that much. Their sandwiches are delicious so be sure to give the fig and brie one a try! I do wish they had more pastries (donuts, coffee cake, muffins or different loaf slices would be nice) but we tend to show up late morning, so it could just be that the display case is sold out.”
“Great little place to hang out, most all the cats are adoptable, the kittens are all adoptable, they all have their primary vaccines, spayed and neutered and microchipped!!!!”
“If I could give 10 stars, I would. The food is great, but the service is amazing. We shared several dishes and everything was wonderful. Highlights include the seared ahi and the Tuscan pizza. ?”
“Atmosphere wise feels clean and the regulars are very inclusive and friendly.I sat at the bar and they’re very attentive. Especially the lady that was there when I ate there. The food was pretty good good and the meatballs were something people tended to order around me. I agree.I’m impressed with how attentive this establishment is actually. I understand now how they’re one of the best and recommended places I’ve been to.”

“If you haven't tried this place on your trip to Reno,NV. Your missing out. This was our 2nd time here. The first time we were just walking around and saw a sign that said they had the best Mushroom Raviolis in the nation. Well of course we put it to the test and Wow! They were right! (That was about 2 years ago). Fast forward to today.....we decided to make a last min trip to reno on the last leg of my vacation road trip...so we tried it again. This time we took pictures. Our server Emily was absolutely amazing! Great service great smile and attitude. We were a little bit in a hurry and she did fantastic.......the food again. AMAZING! this time I made sure to get pics! Of course I got the mushroom ravioli and my husband got the veal osobuco. I'll let the pics tell the Rest. OH yeah try their Italian sodas.....”
“Jonny was our waiter and was exceptional in every possible way. I’ve eaten at the best restaurants in America over the years for business. Jonny’s service was as great as any I’ve ever had in NYC, LA or Chicago. What makes Jonny stand out are his sincerity and caring attitude. We felt special and appreciated. The food was outstanding. And Esteban was terrific, too. He helped Jonny. If you eat at Roxy’s, ask for Jonny. It’ll be a truly great experience.”
“This is a once in a year experience. Please go into this restaurant with this in mind: Expect to spend at least $200 per person, maybe closer to $300. Expect at least a three course meal. You will be served a hot towel between every course to wash your hands. The servers are very attentive and yet melt into the background, but are there as soon as you need anything. The layout is what one would expect about a casino with a fish theme (Atlantis). They have a large aquarium as the separator between the bar and the dining room. We had table side service for our spinach salad. Other diners had table side for their desserts. The dining is exquisite. This is not a $7.00 burger, fries and drink place. Take your time and enjoy a two hour meal. Absolutely nothing is bad on their menu. I had the chef's special: a 6 oz filet and two large bacon wrapped prawns served on a bed of mashed potatoes with asparagus and a beef demeglos. My aunt and I shared a bottle of white wine (I didn't have to touch the bottle. Our waiter made sure our glasses were always full.) And for dessert, I imbibed in a very nice cognac. No tie is required. If you are a local, once a year. If you are a tourist, this is a must stop on your rounds of Reno. All of us deserve a five star dinner at least once a year. I recommend reservations. Oh, pictures? Are you kidding me? Go there. Trust me. You won't want to take pictures either!”
“We came here for lunch in the fall. Weather was awesome so we sat outside with our dog. The space is lovely. The service was super friendly, and best of all, the food was really yummy.”
“Best sushi in Reno! I was spoiled after spending some time living in the PNW, and after coming back to Reno, most sushi places were not appetizing- this is the only place that actually tastes fresh. Highly recommend. OA 1 & Golden Gate are a couple of my favorites here.”
“Surprising interior. Amazing service. Great food. I never wanted to leave. This place is super nice!Vegetarian options: HummusParking: Tesla charging station right outside”
“Great comfie seating. Good food. Never had issues with food here. Took MIL here for her d day dinner and drink. Nice happy hour specials. I even think they have an Argentina red. Just need an Italian red now.”
“Service was great! Brought our kids and the server was kind and patient. Jamshid worked hard amd diligent especially when seeing how many tables he had.Kid-friendliness: Easy and friendly”
“I love ordering to go and they always give us a great amount of food; their food is fantastic and oh so delicious every single time?? 10/10 check them out! They have very kind staff/ customer service.”

Our waitress Explain each meal how much it cost and how we should love that we have the best time. Definitely we will be back.”

“Everyone has been very friendly and gone above in making your dining experience great. The food is delicious and I would definitely eat here again. Marie was awesome. And the remodel looks great.”
“I went here with coworkers for a business lunch. Nice vibe when walking in, and you seat yourself. We got a couple of tables in the corner and pushed them together for our group of 9. Service was friendly and quick and the food was great. We ordered mozzarella sticks and potstickers for apps, and both were delicious. I ordered the Ciabatta Melt with Tomato Bisque which was very good. Nice portion sizes as well.”
“Jackpot burger with ghost pepper cheese and garlic Parm fries were pretty good. Decent draft selections for shareable pitchers. Not a horrible choice for late night snacks and beverages.”
“The first time I visited here, the place was jammed, large portions and the food was tasty. Plenty of staff to keep your drinks topped up. The service was excellent and it was clean. Plenty of variety on the menu to suit all tastes to include little bites. I will come back here !”
“I love the Flowing Tide at West 4th & Mccarran because they have the "Family Room" which is non-smoking & quieter. And I find that the servers are friendly & helpful. And, the food is great!”
“This place rocks! I've been here many times. Last night I went to a show here, and I had a blast. It's a dive bar that does live events, mostly metal. They also have goth nights and other events here. It's open 24 hours. I come here for shows and I've never ordered an alcoholic drink here, but I have gotten Coca Cola twice, and it was good. Prompt service. Laid back setting. The promoters for live events are friendly, so it's all good vibes. They have *free self serve water*, so you will be nicely hydrated, and ready to mosh (or stand and nod, whatever works for you!). This place was like a second home for a while, but I deactivated Facebook, so didn't see many events advertised for three years. I still went here in those three years, but mainly to see Cyborg Octopus. They play in Reno at Alturas a lot! This place is a great show venue. In the summer it's nice because there's more fresh air inside, so I'm looking forward to that. There was a strange smell downstairs. The moment you got to the stairs it smelt like sewage and maybe gas? I hope they address this soon. If they didn't have a smell problem I would give this 5 stars!”
“I love this place, 1st time here. I had the Tri-tip sandwich with mashed potatoes with brown gravy and a chocolate milkshake, it was great and so so good. My Server Trish was amazing, she kept checking on me to make sure that I was doing okay. Old classic dinner feel I’d call this place. It was a great first experience. I will definitely be coming back here when I’m in the area. They give you extra for your milkshake!!!! It’s like having two of them.Parking: There’s a very large parking lot so no need to worry about finding a spot.Kid-friendliness: Classic old dinner vibe, I’d highly recommend for families.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s easy to wheel a wheelchair to the front doors.”
“This is an amazing bar! If you are looking for great service from friendly bartenders this is the place to go. I was in early morning killing time and got to meet Ross who was going off shift, then Pete took over and they were both great. The owner Julie came in to start her day and we visited for a while. Their whiskey/bourbon selection is top notch at great prices. Will definitely be back with friends!”
“Small bar but it's open I think about 24/7 decent size seating area seating around the bar and they have one pool table pretty the bartender is very friendly all around good place to have a drink and play some pool or just shoot the s***”
“One of my all time favorite bakeries and have been coming here for years as well and introducing friends here throughout. Tonight my friend and I wanted something sweet and after tossing around a couple of places I suggested the Eldorado Bakery since I knew it was still open and there's such a great selection that it will satisfy any palate.I definitely needed this dessert therapy and got a total of 6 different desserts: a fresh fruit flan, a mini lemon cheesecake, a mini pumpkin cheesecake, a peanut butter chocolate brownie, a slice of double fudge chocolate cake, and a slice of lemon cake. My go-to fav is the fruit flan and the fresh fruit is still in season, which makes this my fav. My next favorite was the mini lemon cheesecake and the mini pumpkin cheesecake. They were so cute and tasty that it left me wanting just a little bit more. The chocolate and lemon cake slices are some original favs that never disappoint. I got the peanut butter chocolate brownie to take with me for work tomorrow. For crafting and creating such yummy desserts, everything is reasonably priced too--especially being in a casino. Because of this and many other reasons, the Eldorado Bakery will forever remain in my top spots for gourmet sweet treats. They even have gelato and a decent menu of different coffees. A good cup of Joe with a slice of cake is a good balance and definitely hits the spot.”
“Came here last Saturday while on my way to the airport up in Cali to head home. Picked up a white choc rasp (delicious!) as well as a chocolate chip cookie. I believe Eshal took my order. Kindest soul. Wished me a safe trip and further asked me how I liked it in Reno which made me feel cared for. Smallest of words make a big difference! Definitely recommended.”
“I was sceptical at first but iv tried almost everything they have to offer and I must say im impressed .I find my self looking for a tiffin box instead of a subway ..I'd recommended it .”
“Excellent Gelato and great customer service. Can't go wrong at this place. There takeout meals were pretty good as well. I recommend the chicken cesar salad.”
“Cool little spot out in BFE... I don't usually go out to Stead but I'm glad I did tonight. Was empty when I got there at about 9ish but was full by the time we left at 11:00. Go check it out”

O’A Sushi
“Best sushi in Reno! I was spoiled after spending some time living in the PNW, and after coming back to Reno, most sushi places were not appetizing- this is the only place that actually tastes fresh. Highly recommend. OA 1 & Golden Gate are a couple of my favorites here.”
“The building's location may seem unassuming, but when you enter, you are pleasantly greeted by the staff and walk into a cool and sexy atmosphere. My husband and I came here for their Valentine's Day happy hour menu. We first ordered a bottle of Pinot Noir from Germany, which our server recommended. It was perfect! Then, we proceeded to order several of the small plates because we wanted to try everything. Let me tell you, every single plate we tried not only looked appealing but tasted amazing! Our favorites were the mushroom tarte, butternut squash soup, and the lobster roll. The mushroom tarte had a flaky, thin crust and was paired with arugula. The soup was served warm and creamy. The lobster roll had huge chunks of meat and served with a coleslaw. We will definitely be back! The service was good, even with the busy holiday crowd and we truly enjoyed our food and wine. Do yourself and favor and check this place out!”
“Surprising interior. Amazing service. Great food. I never wanted to leave. This place is super nice!Vegetarian options: HummusParking: Tesla charging station right outside”
Takeout Restaurants
“I love this place for coffee, the plantain coffee is my favorite and I like it much more than I initially thought I would. I wouldn't recommend them for food since most of the items seem to come from Costco (but I haven't tried everything. I don't want to say this is the case for the full menu so take this with a grain of salt). However, for coffee I would definitely recommend them!”
“Poke bowl with cabbage (instead of rice) was delicious! Fresh tuna poke, cucumber salad, on top of their shredded cabbage is my go-to lunch when working in Reno! Definitely worth the trip.!”
“Virginia street location is stellar!Outstanding experience! 10/10 Staff was so friendly and accommodating!Awesome products and high end decor/layout.I had the espresso and cheddar bagel todayCheck out their full menu too. Everything is great! They have parking which is helpful too. 7am-6pm so there's always a place to work on your laptop and enjoy your coffee ☕Parking: Spots available”
“Service was fast, great price and both the the front counter was courteous as well as the Maryanne the sweet Lady who cleaned the table promptly. My husband and I love this burger place”
“The food is amazing and the atmosphere is lovely. We had the cheese god chimichanga and an asada burrito and were blown away with both. Will definitely be back when we return to Reno.”
“I am always on the lookout for places that have Hawaii style plate lunch and found this one by chance. Looked really cool in the pics and decided to try them out. They are located on the southside of Reno Tahoe International Airport and tucked away in a small strip mall. The colorful sign above will let you know your in the right place. There are picnic style benches outside and the inside has a few small tables and chairs. The decor of the interior is like an industrial look and if you really want to see this type of look, use their restroom. The menu is not large, but has a good selection. We chose the BBQ chicken plate lunch with a pork street taco on the side. Both came out really fast. The chicken was tender with good flavor, definitely not salty. The pork taco was also very flavorful and messy! This place has limited hours of 10-6pm so you won't be able to eat there anytime you want but it is good.”
“Food is killer made to order as fresh as it gets. The place is very clean, staff is very friendly and attentive. You won't be sitting around with an empty drink here. Great place for lunch or quick dinner. Panda express can't compare to this it's the real deal.”
“We had a late breakfast here (around 10amish) during the week and it was great! Very lively diner/bar with friendly staff. Their online menu already has great options but there is a "secret" breakfast menu you get at the table with even more!If you're looking for a local alternative to a Black Bear Diner I'd really recommend coming here :)”
“Super happy to be able to get my matcha latte without added sugar! It was great and nice not to skip out on a drink because usually it's too sweet. My daughter liked her mango with boba and has requested to go back.”
“My family and I went there for the first time today. I'm pregnant and wanted spaghetti so bad. Man it didn't disappoint at all. The guy was so sweet to my daughter. You should definitely try.”
“Great barbque sandwiches and Cole slaw. Great spot to eat. Come early, it runs out of seating at noon.Wheelchair accessibility: A ramp for access, very nice for disabled people.”
“We had my sister's birthday party here. There were 6 of us we had to make reservations or you won't be seated. It's small and cozy inside. Food was wonderful. Service was even better. Our waitress Explain each meal how much it cost and how we should love that we have the best time. Definitely we will be back.”

Bricks
“Even though I’ve been a life long Reno/Sparks native, I’ve never been to Bricks and this last weekend we went. WOW!!! What a great restaurant. Service was top notch and the food spectacular. I really can’t believe I’ve missed out for all these years. I had the filet and it was done beautifully.”

“Went to new place on Keystone. Super busy but staff friendly, efficient and fast. Their food is good & place was clean. I always enjoy their food.Parking: Though a lot of parking spaces it's a very busy place so you can possibly have to search for a place to park if dining in.”
“Tried out a new place for lunch today. Well packaged and large salads. I got the Double Tuna salad with no tomatoes (don't like tomatoes with tuna) and added hard boiled egg and had the homemade ranch. Super Yummy. Husband had a rice and salad bowl with chicken and a homemade cilantro lime vinaigrette (choperitto?). He loved his too. And the lady who waited on us made us feel valued and wanted, almost like a small home restaurant. We'll definitely be back!”
“I love a good latte and I have driven by this place so many times. Kinda located in the back area off Virginia St. One day I decided to give it a try. When I drove up I notice how big the menu was and not just for coffee but snacks as well, I decided on a cherry blossom with oat milk. The woman who was working the drive thru was also the owner and was super nice. I also noticed how many snack choices she had as well, even had vegan cookies. My latte tasted so delicious and enjoyed chatting with the owner too. If you are looking for a coffee house to sit inside then this is not the place. It is a drive thru only so stay in your jammies if you want since you dont even have to get out of your car. My only negative comment to make is I wish she offered the frequent purchase cards like most other coffee houses offer where you buy so many and get one free or cheaper. She does not offer those. So when I am on that side of town I try to get a coffee beverage at Mugshots. So, go give them a try.”
“I used the drive thru. Just moved all day and was broke and starving and it was close. That girl had the BEST "customer service" voice. That's how it's done. Lol. Got fish tacos and burrito deal. Perfect. My first visit. I'll be back.”
“Regularly make the trek from south Reno to come here for their food. Every time I come out, the chips are great, tacos taste amazing and even their beans and rice make a great impression. No complaints! I’ve lived in South Texas and California for the majority of my life and this place has the most authentic street tacos I’ve found in Reno.”
“Freakishly delicious! And hit the spot left right up. The French fries too not sure what's on them look like chives but who cares was delicious. Service was fast. Has small arcade for littles and the friend let's be honest I still play games too. You'll know that seeing me at press start event. But overall yea great little burger spot that you have options of meat even vegan chicken. And then build up or do personal favorites. I chose the bacon burger that had hint of spice with bacon straw fried onions and honestly a great combo for burger. Did my best to take a picture but was hard due to smell and taste. And yes they do have drive thru I just enjoy seating and taking my time eating what's good.”
“I just had the most amazing interaction at The Human Bean on S. McCarran in Reno. The employee had great patience, advice and went way above and beyond in helping me. I'd like to let them know that the sugar-free vanilla smoothie was a big hit...it's one of the first things my partner has been able to get down in days. Thank you for living up to your name and corporate mission of personal service. ☕️ ”
“I grew up in NYC and with that being said for the XLNYC the dough was good, but very thin. If you doubled it, it would still be thin and yet the right thickness. The Italian seasonings on top was way too much for a family pie, too much for even me. The average kid might not be able to eat it. Great and rapid service. Would I come back? Yes.Parking: Parking can get tight when busy. Parking strips could certainly be widened a bit.”
“I go here pretty often, every now and then my order is wrong but the food is fresh. They’ve raised their prices quite a bit over the last couple of years, that’s my only complaint.”
“The food here was delicious. Casa grande was my choice of Mexican food. It was nearby my dentist office in a shopping ?️ center. The service was exceptional. Very friendly people here. You got to try their food. Very fresh tasting.”
“Fast service and they even have a convenient drive thru. Food is fairly authentic with generous portions and the aunties serving are super friendly. The Tacos, Burritos and smothered Burritos were delicious! Speed of food preparation is fast and efficient considering it's mostly made fresh upon ordering. There are enough seats to seat about 7~8 parties of 4. Comfortable art highlighting Mexican culture.Vegetarian options: There are bean burrito options.Parking: Parking lot adjacent to building structure and the drive-tnru line goes thru the lot, so park a few spots away to give a wide berth for those waiting in the queue.”
“I ordered ahead but it feels like a joke when I have to sit in the drive-thru for 25 minutes to get my order. I wasn't given the option to pick up from inside on this trip and I was greatly disappointed that I had to sit in the drive thru. The food is always good so I guess I will work on my attitude.”
“The 50th Birthday Party for My Daughter In Law at Peavine Taphouse was AMAZING!!! Great People! Delicious Food! Cold Drinks! AWESOME Celebration!!! Thank You Peavine Taphouse!”
“Dutch bros coffee is my go to place. I love all the flavors and combos. The service is quick. The staff is friendly. I recently went there for a chocolate frost. Just had endoscopy and throat was a bit sore. They comped my drink. Not sure why. But I sure appreciated it.”
“My husband loves the cold brew coffee there. It's definitely a human experience. We will continue to keep frequenting this adorable little drive thru coffee shop. Stop by and try a nice hot cup of deliciousness”
“I've never been to Naples or even New York but I've worked for old New York Italian pizzaiolos and have been making pizzas for decades now. This is the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is perfect in every way, it's the perfect thickness, perfect chew and the flavor is absolutely the best I've ever tasted. I don't know if it's the flour or the water or the conditioning it goes through or all three, it's just simply the best ever. The sauce is simple - lightly seasoned tomato sauce as you would expect, not overdone in any way. The cheese is real mozz, the best you can hope for. Blown away by the simple perfection of Cosmos pizza! (The Negroni on tap was wonderfull too!)”
“the sky Terice is a must try wither your a local or a visitor here in reno. but mostly for locals we don't want to share this jem of a place. haha. perfect for a date night.”
“The cocktails were excellent. Tuna tacos and flatbread were excellent choices for starters. Grilled salmon was wonderful. Mushroom dish was good.Would highly recommend.”
Fine Dining
“Literally the best place to get sushi in Reno. This is "real" sushi, not the Reno-typical AYCE. Expect a refined experience that's not otherwise available in Reno. While not quite to the standards of the best-of-the-best omakase places in the large coastal cities, the value for the experience is remarkable. Also, Francisco, the sous chef, is both a sweetheart and a dream boat. Never leave us, Hinoki O!”
“We were there to celebrate our friend's 27th anniversary. I called ahead to get a bottle of champagne placed on our table before we arrived. We arrived to delightful staff and a wonderful dining experience! I had the ahi tuna and my husband had steak frites. Everything was superb! We can't wait to go back!!”
“This restaurant was great. Was a bit of a trek to get to but we made it on time luckily. So, we have been to fancy steak houses in Vegas.. we pay $400 plus for literally 1 steak. This place may be pricy but it gives ya enough financial room to not only get appetizers, drinks and dinner for a good price. The food and service were great. Price was acceptable for what ya get. Lamb rack, phenomenal! One thing to improve on. DO NOT SIT GUESTS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DAMN MONITORS! Everytime the monitor kicks on it blinds everyone close to it and it wasn't a pleasant area to be in. However; definitely a spot to go to for great food and drinks. The table side Ceasar salad.... improve the process. Didn't taste quite right.”
“Everything about dining at LuLou's fantastic. Their customer service is outstanding from the first phone call to set a reservation, their special touches with the customized menu is really sweet. The meal is beyond fantastic. Everything we had absolutely blew us away. The menu is fantastic and has a ton of diverse options. I have been eyeing the grilled octopus (thanks other yelpers for the photos) and finally got to try it and it was FANTASTIC. My Husband has tried octopus a half dozen other times and has never liked it, but he LOVED this one. Every dish had unexpected little pops of flavor that just took the dish to a whole other level. The ambiance is really nice, although a bit noisy when the place is full. I love the open kitchen concept to be able to peek in. We'll be back for the next special occasion dinner.”
“A perfect night at Charlie Palmer Steak House Our waiter Arland was top notch. He worked for Harrahs Steak house over 30 years. The food was spot on, and I’m a icky home gourmet Chef. My amazing host, Austin McDaniel and I thoroughly enjoyed his first time at Charlie Palmer’s. I felt special as his first player to be treated to this wonderful experience. The Filet Mignon, Seared Scallops and Potato Gratin were the highlight of our meal. Thank you so much David Morris, (Head Chef), for coming out to meet us. You and your staff are truly talented. Looking forward to seeing you all soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+Gratefully, Deborah L Santoro?”
“This is the second time i go to blind dog tavern when visiting reno and its not going to be the last because everyone is friendly, drinks are delicious, ambience is chill with good music.”
“What a cute little place with everything I need in a wine bar. Great selection of wine Great service A nice small bites selection Oh and the view!!!! Low key, friendly local wine bar. Will definitely be back for more”
“We ordered specialty coffee and pizza. They delivered to us outside on the deck with our dog. The pizza came out immediately after coffee, which rarely happens anywhere, so we were especially excited about the service - beyond 5 ”
Cheap Eats
“Food was absolutely delicious. We originally searched for a deli on Google because we were hungry and thought we’d give this place a try. Their Mexican style sandwiches were amazing. They also serve tacos, burritos etc. It’s also a little grocery store and they have snacks and drinks.”
“One of the best bars in RenoBy far the best Irish Pub in RenoThe service is always friendlyThe Guinness is poured perfectlyNo shortage of other beers and a wide selection of whiskey and other liquors”
“Just like the arcade you remember from your youth, but now with booze. Great bartenders, outdoor patio, solid lineup of games and pins old and new. The place in Reno to make new rivals or friends, the choice is yours.”
“I have to say it again! You can't find a better wet burrito in Reno. Super service, too. We went yesterday and again. the wet burrito with green sauce was a "10". Amazing. Glad you guys are packed on a Tuesday at 2:30.”
“This is my favorite breakfast spot. You have great service. Aaaaammmmazing food with huge portions. The French toast and Relleno Benedict was so frigging good! I highly recommend going here if you are anywhere near any of the Pegg locations.”
“Visiting here from Colorado for my Grandaughters competition. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted right away by a really nice man, (possibly owner/manager. The young lady Mariella was our Waitress. The food was fresh and delicious, service, cleanliness…atmosphere was calm, 110%. Now we can brag to anyone that plans on visiting Reno. Thank you!! ??❤️ ☀️God bless!!”
“The Prost Biergarten restaurant was an incredible find for our family-friends celebration! The food was absolutely delicious, and the beers were top-notch. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. Overall everything about this restaurant was fantastic, and it made our gathering even more memorableParking: There is a lot of space a lot of parking lot”
“In the top 3 sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life. My wife ordered the hot chicken parm and started eating it on the way home! She gave my a couple bites. Amazing! When we got home I dove into my Italian stallion. Mind completely blown! This is a class A local Italian deli! We will be going back very frequently!!!”
“Great food all around. The tacos are good size as are their torta Mexicana sandwiches. Enjoyed the southern melt and the lemonade. The server was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available.”
“My husband (non veggie) and I came here recently because I really wanted to try their vegan options. Heads up, when they say a Pizza is spicy, it is definitely spicy! But oh my, it was so delicious! I cannot wait to go back!”
“I have been coming here a lot because it’s right next to my work. Food is always excellent even though I always get the same thing. Service has always been good as well. Probably the only place that’s worth it to add bacon to a sandwich as it’s good quality and they use a lot of it.”
“Cheese Board has been a Reno mainstay for a long time, and revisiting recently reminded me why. The quiche-of-the-day was very good, and if it wasn't quite as amazing as their quiche Lorraine, the butternut squash soup was pretty off-the-charts, so it was a wash. The restaurant itself remains accessible, and is a great upscale but casual spot for an excellent lunch. I'll be going back soon on a day they're serving the quiche Lorraine!”
“We had come to this restaurant under it's previous name, so when it changed ownership we decided to come back and try out the new business. We ordered brunch for take out on the weekend. Aesthetic wise everything looks the same as it previously did. It's not a huge restaurant but can probably accommodate a couple of larger groups. The food was tasty overall, nothing to complain about but maybe also nothing that entirely knocked our socks off. But just a good standard breakfast option. Unfortunately they were having issues with their point of sale system while they were there and that was causing things to be a little backed up at the counter. We also ended up being double charged so we had to fix that with the cc company, however I'm sure they'll work out those issues quickly.”
“We have been coming here for about 18 years. The food is always fresh and delicious. Service is friendly and welcoming. Their Lyonnaise potatoes are delicious as a breakfast side. This morning was an amazing treat. Housemade corned beef hash for St Patty's Day. This establishment never disappoints.”
“Great speakeasy-ish bar in Midtown. No secret to getting in, just need to know how to get there. Cocktail list is extensive. Converse with the bar staff and they'll steer you in the right direction. You're not going to go wrong with anything. If you find something you need to take home they have a very well stocked liquor cellar with bottles to go- stuff you will find anywhere else in town though you'll pay for it. Cheers!”
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences at Land Ocean! I have been twice, once for lunch and another time for brunch. The food and drinks are great and the staff is consistently friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and come back soon! ☺️”
“This place was pretty good, but they were in the process of moving stores so the person that worked there didn’t really know what they were doing. She was just there to help out. Their credit card payment didn’t work so I had to Venmo the owner that wasn’t there and it was really slow to get my bowl tea which was just OK.”
“Well, if you love meat this is the spot!! Hild your appetite till the good stuff comes around though, the filet, the ribeye and the pork ribs are the stars of the show but they do try to fill you up on the others of course. The appetizer buffet/salad bar was decent as well and the mushroom risotto was the big winner there. But of course they have a lot of other stuff and they will be parading through with everything from lamb to chicken to sausage and it all just keeps coming. Make sure you ask for the mint jelly with your lamb. The bread they bring to the table was one of my favorite things not sure what it's called or how they make it but it's the best signature table served bread I've had anywhere. Hope this helps you make your decisions, regrettably I did not take photos. Parking is a pain so be prepared to walk a block or so.”
“Great little ar on karaoke night. Participants were very talented singers. Couple bar machines and a really nice pool table all with great atmosphere and ab outsude ambiance..very surprised it wasn't much busier at night”

La Famiglia
“They were able to accommodate us last minute and we were so pleasantly surprised how amazing the food was as well as the service! We ordered the cannelloni, veal picatta, veal Marsala, and salmon picatta. Also, the Sangria, wine selection, warm bread, grilled artichoke hearts, calamari, tiramisu…Everything was delicious! We will definitely be returning! Thank you again!”
“We have eaten at the Fox in Carson City twice and once at the Reno location. We have thoroughly enjoyed all of our experiences there. The food has been great and the service was as well. Highly recommended checking them out.”
“Great price for all you can eat seafood($56 a person) and the crab legs were so yum. Lots of variety but I go mainly for the seafood. They also have bottomless mimosas when we went around 1pm. So worth it”
“Authentic Japanese owned sushi spot in Reno. If you are looking for fresh fish, properly made sushi rice, amazing rolls, try this place! We especially loved their premium toro with real wasabi.”
“Excellent food for reasonable prices! Love the four course option (the only option) and this is the type of place you could come once a month for dinner with your “other” or a group of friends. Service is good and chef is super friendly, visiting with guests as time allows. Each course was delicious (salad, soup, entree, dessert) and there’s no way to leave there and not be full.”
“Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great brews. A dark horse in the craft cocktails world. It's nice to get such solid service from a down-to-earth establishment.”
“Victoria was bussing it down at pegs ham and eggs today! Her service was so fast and good, very polite and sweet girl! The food was delicious! I got biscuits and gravy and eggs and my friend got the waffle. The biscuits and gravy was very good but the biscuit was a little hard. The waffle was so delicious as well, not too sweet and very fluffy! Would recommend going!”
“I should have taken a picture but the food was too delicious to even think about a picture!! Service and staff was amazing!! We got the Pho and shared it and holy moly!! It was HUGE!! The Vietnamese Spring Rolls were delicious as well. And the milk tea boba…*chef’s kiss!! Will definitely be back and make this place a regular spot!!”
“The usual predictable food that is pretty good from Outback. Bri, my server, was fantastic. I don't really write reviews but she earned it. She's a boss.”
“This by far was one of the best hamburgers I have ever eaten and I’ve tried them all, and the fries were excellent as well. The service was a little slow. We were there with a party at nine other than that I will definitely go back.”
“Food was good. We have been cautious about continuing to go ever since Sid and Judy retired but food doesn't disappoint. Could definitely use some seat cushion updating in booths.”

“I’ve been exploring the menu a little bit here and everything I’ve had thus far has been cooked to perfection. The flavor of their spicy pork is something special. The spice is just right with a hint of sweet so it doesn’t linger. The rice is perfect and everything is arranged in a beautiful way. Definitely the Best potstickers around. 5 star service right on par with the food. A great place for take out or dine in with the whole family.”
“One of the best restaurants in Reno. Outstanding Italian food. Excellent Manicotti and also ravioli in browned butter seasoned with sage. Especially good Caesar salad.”
49
Estella
“Amazing tacos. I got the carnitas and the Al pastor. Best carnitas I’ve ever had. Al pastor was excellent. Homemade corn tortillas were incredible. Unfortunately the service was very poor/ strange and they charged us for an extra taco that we didn’t order. I’m hoping it was just a fluke because I want to come back and try more tacos. Chips were very mediocre.”
“Came here for the happy hour. Looking over the happy hour menu, I saw they have potato skins. I do love potato skins and you get 4 half potatoes for just $6.00. There's other stuff on the happy hour too, but I just wanted to try the potato skins.Holy moly, these looked good at the table. They're topped with pulled pork even, besides the cheese and bacon. I wasn't too crazy about the liquid cheese whizz stuff, but I'd get them whith out next time. One order will totally fill you up for sure. Better to share and get more dishes. Come to happy hour and get these potato skins!”
“First visit. For a casino restaurant it wasn't bad. The Reuben sandwich was good. The fries were less than a hand full and the side of coleslaw that was $2 extra was about a table spoon size in a small cup.Typical casino prices. Best part was the robotic server assistance.”
“Hillary makes the best drinks in town. The food was good, but the desserts are top-tier and Natalie at the bar is so sweet and nice she'll make you feel at home.”

Lucky Beaver
“Jackpot burger with ghost pepper cheese and garlic Parm fries were pretty good. Decent draft selections for shareable pitchers. Not a horrible choice for late night snacks and beverages.”
“The decor and atmosphere were 5s. Service was a 4+. Problem was management's policy of only 1 check per group--difficult for 12 individual customers plus a 20% gratuity for a group. It took us longer to figure out who had what and what their total was than it took to eat. Food was okay-soup and salad were the big hits. I had the chicken scallopini served over pasta,. Food was reasonably priced and portions were good. Our waitress was great-no one waited for anything and dirty plates were quickly removed, a big plus in my book. Their desert list was good and they serve the local ice cream which many of us ordered. Would we come back? Probably not as a group but certainly individually. The menu was very interesting and I enjoyed the fun decor and reasonably priced wine!”

Red Bloom
“Pleasantly surprised how tasty the food is. Wonton soup, add egg noodle is the way to go. The ramen was also a good menu item. Both soups were plentiful and hit the spot on a cold day. Add a side of kimchi and rice for spice and probiotics ;)”

NEVADA Steak
“Still GREAT! Throughout the years have come to know Patrick the bartender and Holden the manager. Great professional guys and really appreciate their awesome service! NV steak is a go to for me as they never have disappointed us. From the absolutely delightful ribeye with scalloped potatoes to the blue cheese escargot you will be in for a treat if you've never tried NV Steak! Service is always good and the atmosphere is what to be expected in a casino. Helpful note, if you do not want to see the blinking lights and casino floor ask for a seat in the back room areas or outside if the weather will allow. Love this place and to the crew that runs it I tip my hat to you. Thank you for taking care of my family and I throughout the years & look forward to many more! Also check out their 120+ inch tv for sporting events in the NV Steak lounge!”
“This was our first visit to Texas Roadhouse, it was my wife's birthday and our son wanted to take Mom out to dinner. This is a very popular restaurant and now I know why. The atmosphere was busy and upbeat, the servers had personality and the meals were wonderful. My wife had a medium sized Prime Rib, her favorite, with a house salad and fully loaded baked potatoe, she loved it. I had the 8oz. Kansas filet with a house salad and the house Chilli, all amazing!! Our son had some big old fat special steak, a house salad and the loaded baked potato and he loved it as well. Overall this was an amazing experience, I'll definitely be going back and, recommend the Texas Roadhouse to anyone and everyone!! By the way, I couldn't eat all my Chilli so our server boxed it up for me and gave me an extra container of it, thank you to her...”

Hinoki Sushi
“The fish always tastes fresh. I can be particular about my quail egg shooters and I love them here. The atmosphere is great, very welcoming and friendly. I never mind eating by myself here.”
“Sublime! We had the mozzarella salad, followed by lasagna and manicotti, then tiramisu for dessert. Not one bite could have been better. Mario's is now at the top of my list for those special occasions.”
“Stopped by this place after a beautiful and highly recommended drive from Eugene Oregon to Reno Nevada. What a find! Laid back cool vibe to start with. Sat at the bar...Great selection of Bourbons and Tequilas by the way.Turns out the bar tender that night was the owner Brent. In the short time I was there it became apparent that Brent is extremely passionate about every aspect of this restaurant. Brent knows his bourbons and tequilas, and seems to be a tequila connoisseur.I had the Elk Chop which resembled a Tomahawk Steak. Cooked to perfection, served with asparagus and as a bonus came with a liberal shot of bourbon neat. This will be a regular stop between Oregon and Nevada in the future.I highly recommend if ever in the Reno Area.”

La Cucina
“Exactly what you’re looking for in a cozy nice neighborhood Italian restaurant. They have a bar area with TVs, so if you want a drink after work while you wait for your to go order, it’s still a lovely experience. During the summer their patio is enjoyable.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options available, and I highly recommend their vegetable lasagna.”
62
Bistro 7
“We had fried green beans, brie potstickers, which were very yummy and shredded pork tacos. The tacos were not very flavorful but very large portion which was nice. Very nice place overall to sit and have a glass of wine and chat.”
63
M3
“My friends from Reno took me here for my first time to this restaurant that's their go to place. Staff knows them by name and I can see why they go there often. Their food looked great and my lamb chops were good and reasonably priced. (Check out what lamb chops cost in the supermarket). Check it out. You will not be disappointed.”
64
Romanza
“Romanza has the best food out of all of the restaurants in the Peppermill. The service was very attentive and they had good recommendations for wine and food. The interior decor is a so kitschy that it actually works.”
“This was my first time trying their boba milk tea. I got the Strawberry Swirl for me and my kids with the honey boba. I usually dont get too many sugary drinks, but this was a delicious sweet treat!(You can also substitute regular milk for oat)”
“I didn’t know what to expect it was around for a while and I never gave it a try! We went on lunch and it was busy but we got seated quick… sushi lovers I’m sure you can understand trying a new place is scary, I can validate this will not leave you with regrets accept waiting to long to try this place! Oh and friendly staff!”
“We decided to eat at El Jefe’s Cantina at Circus Circus at the Row in Reno. I ended eating the Quesabirria (Braised Beef Shortribs, Asadero Cheese, Chopped White Onions, Cilantro And a Delicious Consommé). My wife opted for the Chicken Fajita which came on a Sizzling Platter and Flour Tortillas. Ohhh Boy…Both Plates were DELICIOUS!!! Also, our Server, “Mitchell C.” Was OUTSTANDING!!! Highly Recommended!!!”
“This place was so fun and the cocktails are out of this world! The amazing bar tender was knowledgeable and gave us the history behind the bar, drinks, and all of his "spices" (aka mixers). He even made drink themed food for you to enjoy. He had made Frank Sinatra meatballs with red wine and they were to die for! The cigar box drink, the hot spiked apple cider was the bomb! This place is a gem. Don't miss out and make sure to add this to your stop in Reno!”

Kuma sushi
“With the inherent limitations in the variety and quality of sushi-grade fish available in the area, they are very creative with their dishes. Everything I tried tasted good and fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive.”
“The Go To for a nice dirty martini or any other drink you prefer. They make great drinks. The atmosphere is casual a great bar wall along with a wine barrel taste.”
“First and foremost wow customer service. As a small business owner I appreciate that. I love to come here and unwind from my stressful day at work. Jaime is always on point and is the true definition of service with a smile. I will be recommending this location to friends and family and make sure to ask for Jaime. She’s absolutely awesome!”
“I had an excellent dining experience at this Mexican Peruvian restaurant. The service was outstanding, surpassing all expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food was not only delicious but also showcased the fusion of Mexican and Peruvian flavors seamlessly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, giving it a solid 10/10 for its impeccable service and delectable cuisine.”
“We arrived at 4:30pm with a large party, from the moment we got there the atmosphere was pleasant with Charles A. Greeting us at the door taking his time showing the kids the door process in a very kind genunion manner making the kids smile and laugh. Loved it. The place was clean and not to busy, and they were very attentive to the groups needs. Towards the end Chalres made sure we visited the counter to receive our prizes and gave us all the details we needed to come back again for another great time. These experiences grant another, i hope to get treated the same way Charles treated us this visit next time10 out of 10. Thank you Chalres A.”
“We really found a hidden gem in Reno,NV.We were visiting with family from CA and enjoyed the experience of authentic Asian cuisine. The food was delicious and will be coming back if and when we visit Reno in the future.”

Sushi Sake
“Amazing sushi w/amazing service! Wonderful authentic Japanese sushi restaurant w/Japanese sushi chefs. We ate at the bar & spoke with our chef while we are. He was incredibly kind & welcoming, made you feel like family & like you belonged. Then, there’s the food. The sushi was amazing! I got a lot of sushi nigiri & a rainbow roll. Everything was perfect; it was fresh, prepared with lightning speed, & just tasted fantastic. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had outside of Little Tokyo. Highly recommend”
“Spent Easter morning at the Wild River Grille. There was a set menu for the brunch, but food choices were suitable for all. The service, atmosphere, and food was very good.”

Calafuria
“Incredible food. This is the only restaurant in Reno that prepares Italian dishes the way they are prepared in Italy.House made noodles with authentic sauces that are simple yet delicious.”
“Love flowing tide. This location is my favorite. The service is impeccable. Aspen took great care of us. Along with other servers, making sure we had everything we needed. The Rueben sandwich is fresh and filling. And flowing tide makes the best fries in town. Can't beat their happy hour 2 times a day 2-6 and 9-12, makes for a great go to for delicious food at an affordable price.”
“Through all our stays at the Boomtown hotel, this was our first time trying the Boomtown steak house. It was a great experience. The ambiance was shiek yet subtle, meaning you were ok in casual wear or a suit or dress for the ladies. The service was first class. Our server "Greg" was gracious and attentive. We did not want for refills on our drinks, and he was just as attentive with our food and appetizers. We ordered brussel sprouts that were sauteed and cooked in a balsamic vinegar, bacon and Sriracha. The cooking method insured the brussel sprouts were crispy and light and absorbed the amazing flavors.Between the appetizers and main course we were treated to cleanse our pallet withe raspberry sorbet with a splash of champagne. For the main course my wife ordered the chicken Marsala with a baked potato and steamed carrots and broccolini. The potato was cooked to perfection. The vegetables were also well cooked and presented in a pleasing manner. The chicken Marsala was tender and the mushroom sauce was thick tasty smoothening the chicken breastI selected the seafood fettuccine. The sauce was amazing and the serving huge. The bowl was filled with fettuccine, shrimp, fish and shell fish. It was so delicious that I had to take home the left over sauce, so I could finish it with our own pasta. We highlighted the meal with a white Italian wine "prosecco".For dessert we selected the cream brulee, tarimusi cake and espresso martinisIn all a fantastic dining experience. We will return.Parking: Plenty of parking, but I believe that patrons may have a hard time finding handicap parking. In my learned opinion not enough handicap parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: If you have disabled family or friends transversing the parking lot to the steak house maybe challenging, especially in winter conditions.”

The Shore
“The Shore is my favorite brunch spot in Reno. The food is always good. The have a great vegetarian omelette and bottomless mimosas. There is a nice vibe in the restaurant and it's always busy.”
“All you can eat Sushi for $28. It was delightful and the Bento Box was yummy. I so recommend this place if you are in Reno. The owner was there checking on everyone and he was a very nice gentleman. Enjoy all...”
“Really enjoyed brunch here from top to bottom. Kind and attentive service, nice space, top notch pair of live musicians (Colin Ross and a reed player), and most of all, creative interpretations of a variety of traditional and less traditional (for here) dishes. Excellent!”
“Food was delicious and fun to share. We got to explore on new items as the friendly waitress helped us out. We luckily sat by the chefs and go to watch them cook all night. Drinks were delicious too! Atmosphere was upbeat and loud but didn’t bother us.Kid-friendliness: This is definitely an adult dinner vibe.”
“All I can say is that this is an amazing place. Karan runs the best wine store in Reno, Nevada! So blessed to have this place in Reno. The wine selection is 2nd to none. Karen's knowledge is incredible. If you're having trouble picking something out you'll have no problem she will make sure the vintage and varietal is something special.”
“One of my favorite places to eat in Reno!! The food is delicious and plant based/vegan options are plentiful. The service is friendly and the ambiance is nice, especially in the bar where they really know their wines.”

“Staff try super hard, big proportions, delicious sushi.... It may seem expensive at first but you do get huge proportions... Staff try hard and that mentality is reflected in the food itself... Everyone always seems happy eating along with staff serving. Would ”

“Amazing 1st experience - all staff were so amazing and the food - wow! Especially the stuffed dates!! Are you kidding? These were so good I wanted to order another for desert!! Highly recommend and can't wait for warmer weather to enjoy their patio.”
“Stopped by Peg's on whim before we flew out and it is easily the best choice I made today. Food was heavenly and large portions. Service from Allie was excellent and if I am ever in Reno again Peg's will be a mandatory stop.”

Sushi Rose
“I have been coming here for the AllYou Can Eat Sushi ? on my Bday for 10 yrs now. (At least 1 purchase of AYCE is required)The cuts are clean plates are set nicely. It can get pretty busy at dinner peak, so there could be a wait. Well worth it, though. I have recommended Sushi Rose to everyone!Parking: Many restaurants are available, so you might not get to park right in front. Always found a spot to park.Kid-friendliness: Kid cups w/ lids, non soda options, high chairs, and boosters.Wheelchair accessibility: Several parking spots and a ramp.”

“We left one of the chain restaurants due to a ridiculously long wait time and came here. Pleasantly surprised by the extensive and varied menu for a restaurant in strip mall. The food was really good with generous portions. We were all very satisfied. I certainly recommend this place. Bonus is that it is locally owned.”

Alibi Lounge
“This is an amazing bar! If you are looking for great service from friendly bartenders this is the place to go. I was in early morning killing time and got to meet Ross who was going off shift, then Pete took over and they were both great. The owner Julie came in to start her day and we visited for a while. Their whiskey/bourbon selection is top notch at great prices. Will definitely be back with friends!”

Lulou's

“We love this place! The staff is so amazing, great customer service; and the sushi is great. They have a lot of vegan and vegetarian choices too. We had a birthday here and the reservation was quick and easy and Everyone had a wonderful time. Will definitely be back !”
“Walking into Homegrown Gastropub was a surprise. There's a vintage, gothic, rustic vibe going on. Classic 60's and 70's rock was playing and the seating was intimate. My best friend and I wanted to try something new and we couldn't have picked a better spot! Stephanie was our server and bartender. She was very attentive and had great recommendations. I got the turkey pesto sandwich and my friend got the crab cakes. Plating was spectacular and the food was fresh and yummy. I went against Stephanie's suggestion and found out why I should have listened. My sandwich came out smelling like a turkey dinner and tasted amazing. However, I got a decent sized bone in mine and it seems like that's a common reoccurance. So be cautious, that may be a bone and not bacon...We are mom's balling on a budget and I did not expect to spend over $100 when ordering only one entree. We got a sandwich that came with fries, crab cakes, a cucumber salad and 2 margaritas. Maybe I just don't got out as often anymore and this is average for others, but I would have liked to spend less.It was totally worth it, though. We enjoyed every aspect of this place from the ambiance to the staff to the food, it's still worth a 5 star rating!Parking: Trying to park in midtown is always a joke. There's no street parking directly in front of Homegrown Gastropub. There's a larger pay to park parking lot across the street and a free one on Cheney. Expect to walk no matter what.”

“I am not from Reno and I have gone to Port of Subs every day for lunch and have not been disappointed. The staff was fun to be around and very helpful. Give those those lunchtime crew members a raise. They made me feel at home, while I was away from home.”
“Casa Grande is quick, consistent, and flavorful! Their wait staff is very attentive and prompt. Everyone checks on your table as they walk by, not just your waitress. They have lots of seating with many booths available. I like their enchiladas and taco salad!”
“Today, is Sunday. It's bright and beautiful outside. I rose at 9am to the sound of the birds dancing on the powerlines and the sun in my face. I'm not one that typically leaves reviews. I've learned that you just never what a person might be going through in life or how they treat the next customer. I'm here writing this one now because 7 years have past since I moved away. 7 years since I've tasted that fine Nitro Bottled Cold Brew. It still lingers like one of those kickass childhood memories you never expect to burn into your brain. The coffee is fantastic. The people are even better. They genuinely care. Highly recommend.”
“Every time I come here, I forget how amazing it is!! Their food is amazing and never disappoints. I love this location because it has a separate family dining area where it isn't smokey and not as loud! Service is ALWAYS amazing! They're all very attentive and super friendly!!”
“Went in for the first time today with my boyfriend. The Pho was so tasty, we had incredibly quick service, and they have a very sweet owner. We will definitely be back!”
“Got the wrong order today and I will take it back tomorrow. I always take 2 buses to get there for the Bangkok Chicken and rice noodles. Only thing I will eat. It is always good.”
“Great local bar that helps out the community. In November, they had a wildland firefighter foundation fundraiser. Lots of good raffle prizes and silent auction swag. They hold many events throughout the year, and a food truck some days of the week high recommend checking them out if you are out in the Valleys.”
“Lori helped me surprise my husband with his favorite chocolate cake for his birthday. The chocolate cake, chocolate mousse filling and the chocolate frosting were all perfect in every way. She also topped it off with his favorite candy, peanut m&m’s. Lori was very polite and super easy to work with. Lori’s Piece of Cake will always be my go to for cakes. (I wish I had a better picture)”
“Please order here and read the entire review. My husband and I ordered Gambi’s for the first time over a year ago via Uber eats. The driver dropped our meal in the drive way and then delivered to our door, so there was dirt in our food and a mess to clean up. We couldn’t eat it and after that and because we we just had a major family death, we were very upset and worn out. Anyways, we called the restaurant and they were so kind. They offered to reimburse but we never claimed it due to the family death. Here’s the good news: We decided to order again last week and have ordered twice this week via Uber eats because it was sooo good. The ingredients are so fresh and tasty and the temperature of everything was spectacular. We always expect our food to be a little off when we order through Uber eats i.e. salad might be a little warm or wilted by the time we receive it, food might be cold, and or verging on gelatinous.THIS WAS NOT THE CASE! The Caesar salad was fresh and they even gave us enough dressing. Most places don’t. The shrimp scampi was light and delicious. The chicken Marsala was hearty and beautifully paired with the mushroom appetizer we ordered. We also order one flourless chocolate cake, which was to “die for.” Over all the price to freshness to proportions was spot on. We definitely will be going here again. I’d imagine it would be even better in person and not just through Uber eats, but the fact it was that good after delivery wait times was thrilling. Thank you for knowing how to prepare Italian food. So good”
“We ordered to go for the first time and got stuck in a traffic jam coming home. Although running behind our server Meagan went the extra distance and called up back when our order was ready and then put the food under the heat lamps until we could get there. We enjoyed everything we ordered, fish and chips, chicken club, meatball sub, fried and tots! We will be back soon for sure!”
“Delicious dim sum! The original milk tea with regular boba was a perfect drink while waiting for the food. Not too sweet and perfect amount of boba. The pork siu mai, 4pc, has a nice texture and wonderfully juicy flavor.Chicken feet were cooked amazingly, the sauce wasn’t too sweet and the tendons still had a nice crunch to them.Sesame balls were bite sized and delicious! They were piping hot, the outside was firm and crunchy while the inside red bean paste was hot and chewy.Great place to get a bit of food before shopping at the Asian Mart around the corner! Satisfied my dim sum cravings and can’t wait to try other things on the menu.”

“1st time coming to Walden’s coffee house, needed a place to fill out some paperwork and grab a refreshing drink at the same time.Dietary restrictions: Love that they have so many options of milk choices for your coffee!”
“Located on the lower level of the grand Sierra, just adjacent to the swimming pool but not hard to find. Staff was friendly and efficient as she took my order right away. I ordered the grilled chicken club sandwich with french fries and strawberry milkshake. The strawberry milkshake was thick and creamy and satisfying. The french fries were OK but the chicken club sandwich was dry.I know Johnny Rockets is known for their cheeseburgers, which is what I will probably have if I have a occasion to visit this again”
“What a great place! Our server was Heather and she was amazing. Food was excellent! So many special details. Even James our bus boy was top notch. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Definitely going back!!”
“This place was amazing. The waiter who served us was hilarious. I don't know what his name was but he has light eyes maybe Hazel or something? He made us laugh a lot. The only complaint I have is the wait for food was a really long time. But that's only because there were 2 people working: a cook and a waiter. The restaurant itself was really good looking. It made me feel really relaxed like all my anxiety disappeared. The food was really good too. And that's a lot coming from me, because I'm not easily impressed.Kid-friendliness: My whole family came and I have 3 little brothers. Our waiter was very nice to them and made them laugh. Very kid friendly.”
“Cracker Barrel is our new go-to restaurant in Reno. Service, people, food AND PRICE are fantastic and fair. Thank you for being the breath of fresh air that you are.”
“Great food and service. Gem was our waitress and she was a gem! Such a wonderful personality. Food was well presented and flavourful. Would go again. Did not care so much for the music selection in the background. Something more mellow would be appropriate.”
“Everyone has been very friendly and gone above in making your dining experience great. The food is delicious and I would definitely eat here again. Marie was awesome. And the remodel looks great.”
“First time here. Brought friends from out of town and wanted to try something new. Kevin, our server was extraordinary. Professional, pleasant, entertaining and just attentive enough. Let me borrow his glasses to read the menu as I had left mine at home. Made for a most pleasant evening.”
“First time coming to this particular location. The server Brittany recommended their new pizza list with personal recommendations, in particular a Cacio e pepe pizza, which turned out absolutely fantastic. The appetizers, bruschetta and the macaroni bites, were also wonderful, the ricotta cheese with the bruschetta especially. Towards the end of the meal, the store manager Brandon came out to check and ensure quality was top-notch, and family and I were in complete agreement it absolutely was.”
“First time in but not the last. Great asada taco, really enjoyed the cheese shell. The tinga was a little spicy for me but that's a personal preference. They offer 50% of alcohol on Tuesday and my Pacific was $2.90. What a deal! Will definitely be back.”
“Service was fast, great price and both the the front counter was courteous as well as the Maryanne the sweet Lady who cleaned the table promptly. My husband and I love this burger place”

“Crush has some of the best protein shakes I've ever had! The staff are always so nice and welcoming. They even gave me a coupon for the next time and I was more than happy to return! Make sure to give this place a try if you want tasty shakes and teas!!”
“Love this Port of Subs! The sandwiches are always fresh and made well. Place is clean and owners and staff are super nice. You can tell they take pride in their store and in customer service. So happy to have them as an option here in the north valleys.”
“Holy moly this place hits the spot. No pun intended. I have loved every sandwich I've tried so far. They have a large menu that has a really good variety and fun names. Adam is super helpful (everyone is though!), especially asking about gluten free stuff and what goes well on all the sandwiches. And the gluten free bread is really good! I'm excited to try every sandwich, no lie.”
“Cheesesteak Garlic fries The cheesesteak and cheese whiz was really good! The bread was soft, the meat was tender and flavorful(maybe slightly salty for some people), and the cheese whiz was a good consistency. I also loved that there were different cheese options but you know that I had to get the original cheese whiz. This was a solid cheesesteak and I will definitely order it again. I like that they offer a 6" and a 10". I opted for the 6" since I wanted to try the garlic fries. The garlic fries were very average. There was a ton of garlic but not a lot of garlic flavor. It definitely tastes like minced garlic from a jar tossed into the fries. This would be much better with fresh garlic. I would put money that the cheese fries are delicious though. I would love to try the onion rings next!”
“We stopped in for our first time this weekend. The 2 young men working were super nice and helpful. I told the one that helped us I had never been in before and he immediately described each of the flavors and which were most popular. The cookies are really tasty! We will definitely be back.”
“I was looking around town for a late night dessert and came across Late Night Goodies. A local bakery in Sparks, NV. We ended up trying their macadamia banana nut bread and their fresh cinnamon rolls. All I can say is, outstanding customer service! Delicious and moist banana bread recipe. Be sure to check out their banana bread menu and other baked goods. We will be ordering more banana bread in the future.Kid-friendliness: The perfect snacks for your kids to enjoy!”
“This taco truck is incredibly convenient if you live off or near Geiger. Their tacos are $3 each which maybe seems a little overpriced but they are delicious! Tacos come with onions, cilantro, lime, double small corn tortilla and a pleasing amount of protein. The Al Pastor is my favorite. I can't say I'm a huge fan of the carne asada, but that could easily be a personal preference thing. Their Al Pastor burrito is probably my favorite item and a better value for the size of the burrito. Green salsa is our go to. Red is HOT. Again, personal opinion. I've had the quesadilla one time and was not impressed for the price... but go time and time again for the tacos and burritos. They are quick with service, accept cash/card, and are kind.”
“Cracker Barrel is our new go-to restaurant in Reno. Service, people, food AND PRICE are fantastic and fair. Thank you for being the breath of fresh air that you are.”
