“Must do!!!! No trip to Sparks or Reno is complete without a visit to Scoopers!!!! Shawn the owner is a delight, the staff are so helpful and friendly, and the food!!!!! The Food is AMAZING!!!! We ordered burgers, fries, chili cheese fries and shakes. The burgers are made fresh, they are juicy and the flavor is outstanding. The fries, oh boy!!!! Whether paired with thousand island dressing which is hiw i prefer them or without, they were a fan favorite with my entire family. I was lucky to eat here 28 years ago on my lunch break everyday and still today, 28 years later the food is just as delicious as I remember. Scoopers is a small, quaint burger place you have to try!!! EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS!!!“

“I've gone down Virginia St & tried ALL the trucks there. In my personal opinion, these are my go tos in Reno. Yes, they are $3.50 per taco but well worth it. The portions surpass all the others. Cabeza are my favorite. They also do Carne Asada Fries with the steak fries, NOT the little stringy fries. If Carne Asadas not your get down, ask for Cabeza Fries (thats what I do). I've tasted most of their dishes: their Hamburguesa Chilanga, burritos, etc. Im telling you, good. Service is great, great staff. They are usually there Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 6pm - 11ishpm. Unless they have a private gig going. I suggest you call ahead to confirm. As of now they reign supreme!“

“My boyfriend and I have gone to this store a few times and the service is good, the chili dogs are always hot. The fries are too but the last visit it appeared that we got the last of the fries from the basket. This same visit he got a sundae that was half the size of previous visits. WTH??

“Everyone was so friendly and the Hot dogs are so good!! It’s so cute in there and the staff is unbelievable!!!! I ordered a chili dog and it was so good I had to go back for second this time ordering the Chicago dog!! I was so full afterwords not only in my stomach but also in my heart!! It was nice to see a staff that cares and enjoys what they do!! Will definitely be going back!!“

“Scoopers has amazing food and so much variety for being called a burger place, they have hot dogs, sausage, nachos and Super Nachos which are nachos with everything, meat. beans, tomatoes, nacho cheese, sour cream. You can mix ingredients or add them for a small fee, there's also both indoor and outdoor dining areas or, if you have a car, they'll bring your order out to you. I live close by and have taken friends there for celebrating special occasions, but they end up being long time customers. Sadly, I'll be moving, across the country to Pennsylvania at the beginning of next year, but I'll be sure to get a burger one last time. I'll never forget Scoopers, such a great place for amazing food.“
