“I love your burgers! I go to the South Reno location every week and get a build-your-own bison double patty. I do have some issues with your ordering website, however. For some reason, I can't order online for the South Reno location. Also even though your website has everything on the menu there is no option for ordering a double patty. I go into the restaurant and order my food to go and will continue to do so but it would be nice and convenient if these issues could be fixed on your ordering website. “Not only do they serve great food and have a great atmosphere, they also save lives. I’m diabetic and I went too long before eating so I was searching for a place to eat. But by the time I got to Brew Brothers my sugar was dangerously low. My waitress Debbie was trying to take my order but I was at the point that I couldn’t talk. Another waitress Karla noticed I was shaking uncontrollably. She told Debbie that she thought I was having a diabetic problem. Debbie, Karla and Erika came to my rescue and immediately started giving me juice and sugar! I really can’t thank them enough! I will always remember them and the restaurant!“

I will never get that because of that. They put Tabasco in their Thousand Island that is stupid. But nice atmosphere good service and you can play Trivia that was fun. “This place is a great value for the buck. Burgers are HUGE and are substance and flavor too! The Tri Tip sandwich is huge and the best bbq style around here. Service was inviting and helpful and the atmosphere is open to the outdoors in front. Very relaxing. To give an example of the value... we are both very large guys and a fill up at a normal fast food place for us is about $20 a person. We did about the same here and got MORE and LOVED it! Plus, you can buy meat and fries BY THE POUND and save big time! We loved the fact that we could sit outside and wait with the dog since he comes with us everywhere on our days off. The wood smoke taste is killer and the sauces do not all taste the same! Great place.“

“Its not as good as the old one but its an absolute favorite. They always have a nice atmosphere where you can laugh or cry, they have amazing customer service and speed on cooking. Although i might be a little biased because it was my dad and i's favorite place to go i would still rate it a 10 if i could“

“Nice Sports Bar setting, but don't let that fool you. The food and service is AMAZING! WOW... JUST WOW. Mariah our server was quick, helpful and very nice! Ask for her you won't be disappointed. We started with the onion rings with the spicy BBQ sauce. Both were great! Crispy onion rings with a sweet spicy dipping sauce that hits just right. But the show stopper was the White Bass fish and chips! Not are they just HUGH, but cooked to perfection. Crispy on the outside and moist and flaky on the inside. Just PERFECT! Oh and did I mention the slaw? Not just your average slaw, because I wouldn't touch it is it was. But slaw with apples, celery and just the right amount of sweet and sour with a nice crunch. This is one of those places that you want to keep a secret so you don't have to wait for a seat, but just too good not to share. So TRY THEM! You won't be disappointed. I will be back!“

The menu is small and i was disappointed that they were out of Shepherds pie. I had a local ale beer to drink which was good. The bar tender was very nice and helpful with travel ideas since we are from out of town.
From the street this place looks like a bar. They have high tops and in the pool room more comfortable seating. You order your food at a kiosk and drinks at the bar.“

grilled/seared salmon. Salmon was cooked great. Salad on the other hand, was not good. Mushrooms were old and like an hour away from having to be thrown away. They threw a ton in just to get rid of them and lettuce was wilting. Not fresh at all. Our waitress wasn't a happy camper either. Her voice was raspy, so not sure she had a cold or was coming down with one. Didn't want to deal with her and go through the trouble. But again salmon was cooked perfectly.“

Great atmosphere and the room next door with the pool tables and TVs is a big plus. This place has been here for 40 years and don't see it going anywhere anytime soon.“

“I had been curious since they opened as I love crabs and seafood. After having the steamed clams and fried calamari I wasn't impressed. The clams were over cooked and chewy and the calamari was also over fried and chewy. We asked for our clams first and quickly received our calamari. The only plus was the $4.00 draft beer. The clams were overpriced. So I guess my one and done arrived.“

The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and everything was prepared and ready right on time. The venue itself was beautiful and created the perfect atmosphere for our event.

You could truly tell that the leadership and staff were well prepared and organized—they did an amazing job handling a group of our size. A special shoutout to Rahma and Rebecca, who led the crew and went above and beyond. “Very nice location of Reno out heading towards Carson City, about 15min away from the major casinos that are closer to downtown. Beautiful outdoor mall about 5min drive, too. I love the Cinnamon Strawberry Crepes and Egg Whites Only Omelet that I get with spinach and mushrooms. Plus, the $7 Scramble is a GREAT deal!...Its Scrambled eggs, hash browns & cheese only but a decent portion, no meat or toast....But NOT easy to find on menu, quite hidden.“
