“This is our favorite restaurant in the city. The food is always great and there are always new and unique specials available. If you're on a budget like us, their happy hour has great deals on drinks, pizza, and the snack menu. My one complaint is that the large room between the kitchen and the bar is not well insulated for sound and gets very echoey which makes it hard to hear people at your table.“

“We had come to this restaurant under it's previous name, so when it changed ownership we decided to come back and try out the new business. We ordered brunch for take out on the weekend. Aesthetic wise everything looks the same as it previously did. It's not a huge restaurant but can probably accommodate a couple of larger groups.The food was tasty overall, nothing to complain about but maybe also nothing that entirely knocked our socks off. But just a good standard breakfast option. Unfortunately they were having issues with their point of sale system while they were there and that was causing things to be a little backed up at the counter. We also ended up being double charged so we had to fix that with the cc company, however I'm sure they'll work out those issues quickly.“

“This was our first visit to Texas Roadhouse, it was my wife's birthday and our son wanted to take Mom out to dinner. This is a very popular restaurant and now I know why. The atmosphere was busy and upbeat, the servers had personality and the meals were wonderful. My wife had a medium sized Prime Rib, her favorite, with a house salad and fully loaded baked potatoe, she loved it. I had the 8oz. Kansas filet with a house salad and the house Chilli, all amazing!! Our son had some big old fat special steak, a house salad and the loaded baked potato and he loved it as well. Overall this was an amazing experience, I'll definitely be going back and, recommend the Texas Roadhouse to anyone and everyone!! Before I moved to Las Vegas from Reno Tahoe last July, this place has always been a go to for me and my friends, we call it our little "hang out spot", since we discovered the place back in 2022 and the location only being 10 minutes away from my former house. This restaurant is open 24 hours. The cocktails and food are great. The servers are attentive and do notice you if you go in there frequently as well which is nice. Happy hour is pretty much always available and affordable. I can recall a few times where I ordered four lemon drops and my bill was just short of $40! Overall, it reminds me of such a nostalgic feeling as I had good times there. When I am back in town, this will ALWAYS be my first and last spot!“
“This is pretty much our favorite place to go in Reno. We love the Cajun Chicken sandwich or a burger for lunch. Always hard to decide between the homemade french fries or chips, however the Italian dressing for the salad choice is always delicious. We love the chicken noodle soup and the beef vegetable soup (I may have those names slightly off). In the evenings, we love the prime rib. The warmed sour dough bread is delicious, so is the side of beans. Prime rib is always perfectly cooked as ordered. Huge ice teas are always on point and refilled quickly. Staff is so friendly. Even during construction, we can easily find a space to park out front, in the back or on the side.“

Reservation only, with very limited seating. The food are designed with optional wine pairing which I can not speak for, as neither of us are drinkers. What I can comment on was the food. The restaurant rotates through seasonal pre-set menus. And attention was paid to the design of the plating and the taste. In short, we really liked all the dishes. We deem the pricing to be fair for the experience, at $54 per person along with a mandatory 20% tipping charge, at the time of writing. We left the restaurant satisfied, and appreciative of the experience. The interior decoration was stylish, themed with creative spins of the concept of "forks and forking". Recommended. And we do plan to come back to try out their future menus.“

Pretty tasty and filling. I had just a classic cheeseburger with Cajun fries. The fries weren't anything to write home about but they did the job. I felt the same about the burger. Maybe my hesitation is how pricey almost everything on the menu seemed. The restaurant has a dive bar feel with midtown/vibey restaurant prices.... If that makes sense. The service was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating waitress for our party of 7. I would come back for the appetizer platter, that was very delicious. “The decor and atmosphere were 5s. Service was a 4+. Problem was management's policy of only 1 check per group--difficult for 12 individual customers plus a 20% gratuity for a group. It took us longer to figure out who had what and what their total was than it took to eat. Food was okay-soup and salad were the big hits. I had the chicken scallopini served over pasta,. Food was reasonably priced and portions were good. Our waitress was great-no one waited for anything and dirty plates were quickly removed, a big plus in my book. Their desert list was good and they serve the local ice cream which many of us ordered. Would we come back? Probably not as a group but certainly individually. The menu was very interesting and I enjoyed the fun decor and reasonably priced wine!“
“I was in town for a week and we ventured over to Mellow Fellow three of the nights. We had a large group and they were very accommodating and service was great despite there only being two servers. Old Mac Donald burger was excellent and you can get it with tots. The fish was also excellent and the fries were really good. Thursday they had a prime rib special and it was amazing. If I am ever in Reno again during the special I will stop in for it. Highly recommend this place.“

I chose the Bollywood Bowl and my companion had the Korean BBQ bowl. both were under 650 calories, and remarkably delicious. Both choices were loaded with good healthy vegetables, and both were seasoned to create a lasting impression. Neither of us chose to eat the whole bowl at one sitting. I got both lunch and dinner, and only 460 calories! Good healthy food fills you up easily. We don't have this restaurant in our home town, but I'm already starting the campaign to bring this gem to Santa Rosa. if you're in Reno or any other town (probably in Oregon) and you see one, give it a try. “Note: I only review after 3 times at a restaurant. We have found each of our dining experiences delicious, our service professional & friendly, & the atmosphere easy. We've gone for lunch twice and a celebration dinner. Food is as right for each occasion. Food: it's really good. All the dishes have different elements of what they do great. For example Short ribs are awesome and you can order them in Grilled Cheese or as a dinner entree. They have meats like elk and venison that are high quality. I leave full and happy, not stuffed and feeling gross from over salt or poor quality. The price points are average for the area and for the quality worth the price. The beverage menu is delicious and I enjoy the wine by the glass options they have chosen. My partner enjoys the various beer selections. Cocktails are not too sweet and match the food well. Atmosphere is easy: we like to dine outside when weather permits. The inside does have a great bar area, the dining room could use a bit of character. It's very simple and a little boring. I have not been in the event space for private events but would put this on my list of options. Kids: We take our now 8 year old and the menu is good for her. We use the main menu for her and not sure about a kids menu. Desserts are lovely. We like to share one at the end. Check it out! Top marks from me.“

Husband ordered the salmon and received cod -order came out completely wrong. He doesn't even like cod. Plus Cod was cold, old and tasteless. He ate 1 small piece and left the rest. Very disappointed. We were credited $4 I asked for my salad dressing on the side -that didn't happen. I didn't say anything I just didn't eat it. It was drenched. We barely finished eating- she gave us the bill-stood by our table and wanted payment now. We both felt like we were being rushed. “Second time eating at Napa Sonoma and to be fair the first time was much better and I probably would've given 5 stars the first time and 3 stars for our most recent visit, so I'll average it out at 4 stars for my review. On this visit our experience was sub par for sure, I had the short rib dinner with mashed potatoes, it was pretty good but not great . The meat wasn't very flavorful, it was tender like it should be but you definitely needed the reduction sauce to flavor each bite of food.Broccoli was good, mashed potatoes were good , the dish overall just didnt have the wow factor. My wife had the chicken piccata and sent it back because it tasted funny, I tried it and agreed that it had a sour, bitter twang that can only be compared to spoiled food or vomit...... not sure what that was but it was noticeable and not pleasant. Our waitress was very good, she didn't hesitate and allowed us to pick another entree and was very professional about rectifying the situation. My wife and I hate returning food at a restaurant, if it's just mediocre tasting I'll happily eat my plate with no complaints but when it doesn't taste fresh or has a powerful unpleasant flavor it just couldn't be avoided. The restaurant has a nice feel to it and feels like it has the potential to be better and like I previously stated was much better on my first visit. I couldn't help but feel like the food that was served was prepared by a cook and not a chef. I'm originally from Sonoma county , lived there for 43 years and very familiar with Napa/Sonoma and the culinary excellence in that area, so I want to like this place because the name reminds me of home but I feel like it just didn't quite hit the mark this time.“

I can't remember if the wait for food was as long as it was this time. The table next to us was still waiting for their food when we left. You could tell the kids were bored/tired from waiting (lol). Food and service was great. No complaints there. I ordered the chicken plate and my Fiance ordered the loco moco deluxe. I only ate half of my food and I left so full! Took the rest home. They use compostable containers, which is always nice.“
