“We ordered Asian chicken salad and chicken teriyaki bowl. Food was hot and fresh. PREM our server is great man. We have been coming to this location for so many trays and every we get Prem as our server we feel really great. He is awesome person.“

“Walked in on a Saturday morning a few minutes after they opened. Very friendly employee at the front told us she would be right with us as she prepared the previous customer's bagel and cream cheese. I'm not sure why they don't have 2 employees up front to handle orders because this lovely gal was stretched handling people's questions, taking orders, and making coffees. Because of this, it took 15 minutes to get our coffees. I watched my breakfast sandwich sit on a rack in the kitchen for the same amount of time. The scrambled eggs were brown, it was cold and extremely greasy but it tasted alright. The table we sat at was dirty enough that each time we picked up our coffee cups, we had to unstick them from the surface of the table.
Scheduling one more employee for the opening shift would've solved a lot of these issues.“

“Have you ever wanted a personalized drip coffee? Go to Bibo and get one of their pourovers. Ask the brewmaster a bit about the different grind options. I didn’t have the gelato, but it looked delicious with a large selection. Seating is limited and the atmosphere is sparse but the music was great.“

“Absolutely amazing!!! I haven't had such amazing and authentic southern comfort food since I moved back to the west coast 40 years ago! I Door-Dash ordered the Shrimp and Grits with Greens and the Shrimp Salad. When I get over this throat bug that's keeping me down at the moment, I will be coming in person for Oxtails and Shrimp and Grits!!! I highly recommend Papawhatyoucooking! 10 out of 10!!!!😋“

“The Roman burrata sandwich was delicious. The bread was so fresh and soft, and the whole thing was really tasty. My wife had the prosciutto focaccia and it was also very good, with a hearty serving size that left us both full. Everything tasted fresh.

The staff were friendly and the service was solid, though it can run a little slow, so this is more of a place to sit and enjoy your meal than to grab a quick bite. The ambiance is casual and has a nice level of background buzz, so you can have a normal conversation without feeling awkward. They have outdoor seating, and the whole place was very clean and inviting.

In my opinion, well worth a visit if you appreciate fresh, quality food in a relaxed setting.“

I should have tipped the awesome guy $30 just for cultivating a rich space with his great chatting over fantasy & horror novels!! “This place is very cozy. I enjoyed the wide selection of pastries which were all delicious. I really the chocolate muffin. Their pizza slides are large too. I liked that it was open 24 hours so I could get food at a reasonable price all day. The staff are super friendly too. Great place to work and grab a bite“

“We are so lucky to have multiple Perenn locations in Reno. I was driving from NW Reno to Rancharrah for the crispy potatoes and sandwiches and now I’m glad to have these options in Downtown. The quality was just as good as the other locations and the service was great. The young lady working behind the counter was making drinks, taking care of the large groups, and prepping door dash orders, it was pretty impressive. I highly recommend stopping by this location.“

“A few months ago during this year I’m assuming, me and my little brother and my parents went to this place the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa to go eat at the Buffet, and it was a really nice and fun time to eat there and have dinner and some desserts like cotton candy and other stuff. After that, we came here to get my favorite Starbucks drink and it was so delicious!!! And very yummy!!! I loved it because they made it so good!!! 😊❤️🥤“

“We haven't been here for a few months but glad we came here today. Place is very clean. The staff were great! Special shout out to Shelly who gave 5 star service. We haven't seen this caliber of service in a very long time. The food was really good. We had the dinner size chicken fried steak, fish and chips, cheese pizza and their soup of the day (meatball soup-my daughter gave the soup 2 thumbs up). The fish was great-thin batter and tons of fish. Fries are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.The pizza had lots of cheese. The soup had lots of meatballs. My husband really enjoyed the chicken fried steak. Just a heads up the Cafe is short staffed, but the staff worked their butts off to provide a great dinner experience. We will definitely be back.“

“A few weeks ago, we ate at Chai and the Peppermill and it wasn’t that great. Tonight we came into Milano’s and they provide the same Asian menu as they have in chai and it actually tasted 10 times better. However, I always recommend the waffle breakfast. It is amazing.“

“It's different now, from a cafe to a Creperie. You order 1st, seat yourself with a number and they'll call it when ready. Food's fresh and good, made to order. They have sweet ones and savory ones like Bacon n Eggs or Ham n Cheese. You can turn your sweet ones into a waffle now. Hot strong good coffee as well as grab n go cold drinks, soda, juice, milk, etc... Have to give this place a chance, it's really good.“

“I had a custom cake made by Cindy and it came out more beautiful and tasty than I could've hoped for! My sister in law wanted a fondant cake with raspberries. I sent some pictures and explained my cake request via email and Cindy was quick to respond. We talked back and forth about the details and they totally exceeded my expectations for this cake. The fondant is so good that everyone enjoyed the cake, even the kiddos and people who claimed to hate fondant. It was also huge and decorated with roses and hand painted flowers. I'll definitely be returning for any future custom cakes.“

“Elliot hooked it up at Panera Bread. He made my sandwich really good—everything was fresh and put together right, not messy or anything. The lemonade was solid too, super refreshing. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job and making sure people get what they want. Definitely a great experience.“

“I’m currently a Diamond member and I am treated very well. I was prior when I was Platinum as well. The hotel is clean and most of the employees are great. I frequent Vegas often and I would rather spend a weekend at Peppermill and hang out in the sportsbook and tables in Reno. As for food, it’s above average. The deli in the sportsbook is great. The Chinese place Chi is solid as is the steakhouse Bimini. Only place I don’t recommend is the Mexican place near the check in/out counter.“

“We had breakfast here and I ordered one egg, over easy, and a piece or toast. And surprise, surprise! That’s what I got. I did get 2 pieces of toast but it was way closer than I usually get when I order one egg. Hubby had the Denver omelet and said it was very good. The prices were steep but the service was great and the only place we were in Reno where the employees smiled. A very pleasant experience“

“I absolutely love dropping by this place for my morning coffee and afternoon or nighttime tea. Their portions are the right size (not small). Their food and bread is fresh. The servers and managers immediately greet you and are happy to help and serve everyone. The mood is welcoming, inviting, and chill. After a long hard day, it is great to unwind with a treat before heading home. This is my kind of coffee house.“
