“Thanks to the Happy Cow app we discovered this restaurant. We ordered the beef shawarma wrap and the steak egg burrito with some fries. Everything, also the fries, was amazingly delicious, but especially the beef shawarma... wow! I think even a meat eater wouldn't notice it's vegan. We're definitely going back again as long as we are in Reno!“
“Great vegetarian/ vegan food. Flavor is there chef. I got the Samosa Chaat, awesome; and my mother got the Uttapam, which she loved. She told the gentleman she couldnt handle too spicy, which they accommodated to w/ pride. The only thing that threw me was 4$ hot chai per person or cup (I was unaware of cost), but nothing beats authentic and we were both pleased with the outcome. Apologies if I came off rude looking for the receipt ?↕️?.“
“First time at Laughing Planet. I showed up just as they were opening and the server on duty welcomed me. She was so pleasant and helpful with everything. I decided on an herbal ice tea and the Thai mini burrito. Both were awesome and modestly priced. I picked up a resolution card too since I plan on coming back for more.“

“Decided to try this place on a whim, and had no idea what to order so I asked the cashier her recommendation, and she said the 777. It sounded good enough so I thought, heck it we ball and ordered it. Honestly I could comfortably say this is one of the best sandwiches I ever had.“
“I gave it five stars only because I pick up pizzas here for doordash and every time I do I wonder if the customer is actually going to get their pizza because it smells that good. LOL the service is great the atmosphere is awesome but I was not able to write the food because I've never eaten there before but it smells delicious. I would love to be able to try the food one day when I can afford it. Doordash doesn't pay me very much so it's a struggle to find cheap food.“
“Visiting here from out of town and my wife's vegetarian so we found this on yelp and decided to give her a try. Because of the prices she was a little bit skeptical so we went with the spicy chicken with fries and the order of Al Pastor Taco She loved both of them and the service was amazing. Wish this was a local joint for us here in Sacramento, but every time we go to Reno this is a sure visit for both of us. I wish people understand the cost of running a vegetarian restaurant. I've seen pop-up vegetarian shops charge more let alone for a brick and mortar. You should feel lucky that you have a place like this to go to as a vegan/vegetarian. 3/29/24“
