“My daughter picked up lunch there for us today and they went over and above to make sure her avocado allergy would not be a problem. The cleaned everything and made sure there was no cross-contamination without us even asking. Service is definitely over the top.
The food is also amazing. We have eaten here several times and it’s always been great. My daughter ordered the Maui and it was delicious. I ordered the ahogado, it was also delicious. I definitely recommend this place to others. The quality of food is a 10 out of 10 as well as the service!“

“I have to say I am super impressed! I’ve lived in Reno 30 years and never knew about this restaurant until the other day. They have the best burritos in town hands down. First time I went in I got the Al Pastor & it was delicious, second time I went in (the next day) got the Asada and very delicious. “This is the spot for the best tacos in Reno! This is one of two places I’ll order Asada because usually it’s under seasoned, but their Asada is soo good. Also pastor tacos are great too.

“We have been coming to Si Amigos for years, and it never fails to impress. The food is great, the atmosphere is very cozy, and the service is awesome. We went again today and we were able to talk to the owners for several minutes about their business and how much we enjoy eating there. They made it a point to make sure we were well taken care of. I have never seen an owner of a restaurant so appreciative of our patronage. With so many Mexican restaurants available in the area now, Si Amigos is still our go to.“

“We have been hearing about Birria everywhere we tried it at a chicken restaurant recently but it was a limited time. I found this place on line and called to see if they had Birria. I made it there around 4ish and it was not crowded at all. It was so meaty and delicious ? a little expensive but worth it. The staff was nice and patient with me not knowing what to order. We had 3 chicken street tacos, 3 carnitas street tacos with beans and rice, a chicken quesadilla but of all I highly recommend the Birria burrito and the Quesabirria 3 plate with Birria sauce. We paid about $111. And it over fed 4. We will be back.“

“Today, for lunch, I had a Torta Cubana, which consists of ham, egg, sausage, milanesa, avocado slices, and tomato slices. This was my second time trying it, and I enjoyed the combination of all the meats together. The bread used in the torta had a unique flavor and was soft with every bite. The flavors of all the ingredients combined were a pleasure to my palate. Additionally, the tortas were made quickly and did not take much time to prepare.I ordered a large horchata large size, I love horchatas, it good taste, not too sweet, and I like the taste of milky and rice combined, ?The prices are fair for the size of the torta.The total was almost $40.00 (two tortas Cubanas, a Mexican bottle of Coca-Cola, and a large horchata.).Better paid cash. otherwise, they charge a certain amount for using your debit card.The sad thing about the tables was dirty. People use them, and the restaurant team doesn't pay too much attention to them, use napkins over the floor, might be sure the weather is right because if it's windy during this time, you gonna freeze and the tortas as well lol.But definitely, I will come back...“

Great flavor, has some crunch, and the salsa has a great spice (I like hot). Friendly staff, good price, and great location, so will be a regular here.“
