El Jefe's Cantina offers great food and insanely great service. The food is surprisingly good and prices good for casino fare. The generous and tasty bowl of guacamole is a highlight. The Prawn Tostada and Canitas Enchiladas were both delightful, and the Pina Colada Moose and Churros with ice cream were delicious. The Cadillac Margarita was made perfectly after the bartender adjusted the recipe. Service is phenomenal. Saima was a fantastic waitress, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, keeping drinks refilled and giving drinks to go. Haley was very patient answering questions about the menu. Hostess Liberty was very friendly and welcoming, greeting guests with a smile. The experience is elevated by the positive energy and excellent customer service.
