“OMG for visiting Kings Beach in Tahoe for the very first time my wife and I were mind blown by how amazing the food was, to the point my wife tells me that the rice taste just like her mom would make, and to take icing on cake I had the cheese enchiladas and she even said the red sauce brought her back to how her mother would make her sauce. The service was excellent, we will definitely come back to eat at this establishment again. We also highly recommend anyone who visits Tahoe to come to Kings Beach and dine here.“

“It's a basic taco bell. Very small and cozy. The food was pretty good.
Parking: It's behind the building. About 15 spots are shared between all the businesses in the plaza, so I can imagine it will be full depending on the day/season/holiday.“

“This unassuming place surprised us greatly with simple but authentic Mexican food that was packed with flavor. I had the pork bowl, my wife had carne asada tacos, and we also got a side of guacamole and chips.
Very impressive, and the prices were quite good compared to what we see in Portland.“

“Very great experience!!! Great prices compared to some of the other restraunts here. Ate here 3 times throughout our stay. I got the quesadillas, tortilla soup, and churros. They were all great! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting here!!!✅✅✅??“

“Shadyside Lounge is a fun place with a great atmosphere and friendly staff both in winter and summer. The drink and beer selection are very good. The menu is limited and the food is fine though not particularly outstanding. Prices are on par with other North Tahoe restaurants.“
