“This lady started her business selling tamales from her car almost 30 years ago. She has had her own store front now for several years. Extremely hard work and the best damn tamale In 500 miles!
She has a small, little cafe that local work crews like to frequent, but most of her business is take out.
Posole and Rice pudding is absolutely amazing!

“We are from San Jose CA and we visit this place for the first time in 2018 while in vacation, it's a small place so we didn't think it will be so delicious. First time we tried the pupusas only, good size and very tasty for the price. Good service and I liked they have a bar for salsas and toppings available. Second time was this year, we had to stop on our way to Nevada city and this time we had pupusas, menudo and the fried yuca with pork that was so good?. We were so hungry that we didn't even think of taking pictures but I really recommend this small place, it is clean, good service good prices but the food it's amazing and tasty?. Can't wait to go again soon!“

“I come in frequently and everytime I order oysters they are tiny , they used to be good size or large ,not even an extra to make up for the loss or a discount for something not worth paying for. The seafood soup is good but the fake crab is horrible better to remove it or change type of crab for a better one .I'll give it a try soon to see if anything changes and hopefully the micheladas are better too ,just beer and clamato won't do in my opinion“

“We were introduced to this restaurant last year by our dear friend and neighbor. We were living in TX at the time. FF to now. We moved to Carson March 1st. This has been our go to Mexican Restaurant for over 7 months now. We have tried several, but still come back here. The food is outstanding. The owner is really sweet. Best waiter around is Bobby. Request him any day but Wednesday!! He will take care of you. All the waitstaff have been amazing. Food is always hot fresh and made to order. Actually going there today for lunch as it's been a few since our last visit. Will post pics on my next review!! The #27 is our go to. 4 enchiladas. We will get 2 with the ground sirloin and 2 with cheese with rice, refried beans and albondigas soup. We share for lunch and have enough to eat for dinner. 5 stars across the board“

“Dined in with my boss last week while working nearby. I had their chicken chimichanga and my boss ordered a chicken burrito with rice. Service was quick and friendly. Their food was okay and no complaints on their prices. I suggest AC for those hotter days. The restaurant was dark and hot and it was hot outside. I don't know that I loved or disliked my meal.“

When we asked them after seeing everyone that was in line behind us get their food they made an excuse about having issues with their propane. They then said we would have to wait another 30 mins for our food. We asked for a refund instead of waiting.HORRIBLE customer service.“

“A very good Mexican fast food chain, nice staff, not bad decoration and Latin music! We had children's menus + quesadillas and salad served in very good avocado chicken nachos with excellent homemade sauces. I recommend without hesitation in the US!

The wait isn’t worth it. Been to a ton of Roberto’s and this one ran like the chicken without a head.
Simple order of three beef rolled tacos doesn’t take a half hour.
The other mexi spot across the street is where it’s at.“

“Good food, and good portions. The restaurant is usually clean, and the staff friendly. Qdoba website reports most ingredients as being gluten free, so great options here. I would say the pickled onions and jalapenos are some of my favorite toppings, don't skip them!

I decided to try this Mexican restaurant for my lunch break.
I called and ordered a carnitas burrito to go.
I'm eating and I'm halfway through as I write this.
The rice is soft and has good flavor.
Beans are the perfect amount for this burrito.
The meat is juicy, soft with flavor and has a very good measure of salt.
Accompanied by a little pico de gallo.
All this wrapped in a warm and soft flour tortilla.
The truth is that this burrito is delicious. Reminds me of mom's food. Made at home with a very special and fresh flavor.
You definitely have to try it. Whether it's the burrito or anything else on the menu.
I am delighted and of course I will return.
I miss my mother's food and this place has such a good flavor that it makes my mind go back to when I was a child.
