I ordered the Cottage Pie, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, hearty, and full of comforting flavor, with tender meat and creamy mashed potatoes baked to perfection. “On our way back from Yosemite we stopped for dinner at 7pm. My wife had the Cajun Chicken Pasta with blackened chicken and a dinner salad. She Sid her Mel was excellent. The chicken was so tender it could be cut with a fork. She said she would have liked the Cajun seasoning on the pasta too. I had the 12oz Prime Rib with baked potato and house salad. East Coast Prime Rib is very tender and extremely fatty. The Prime Rib I ordered he very little fat and was very firm tasting. It came with two types of butter, sour cream, cream horseradish and au jus. My meal was very filling and excellent. Our waitress Shanna was very good.“

“It was our first time at Ti Amo. We were two. We were a bit early and they took us in even with reservations. The greeter and person who seated us was very nice. We were taken to a spacious, comfortable booth. The ambiance of the restaurant wasn't something you would expect just off of the casino. It wasn't noisy, low lighting and great music not too loud and nicely decotated. The delicious and generous crusty slices of warm bread, whipped butter and roasted garlic was so yummy. Our waiter was was on top of it. He new the exact timing and when to bring the next dish. Even with customers coming in and being seated, he was attentive to us and taking time to answer our questions. Great job, Mason. We opted for fried calamari and sliced pepperoncini that came with red sauce and alioli, and antipasto with sliced italian meats, cheeses, marinated peppers and artichoke pieces and stuffed olives as appetizers, and we had minestrone soup as well. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and grilled salmon that was perfectly cooked with a side of polenta and capers. Every bite of food served was very delicious and more than enough. We will go back.“

“Waited 45 minutes to receive a regular iced mocha, when I ordered a Bob Marley. Talk about a major swig of disappointment. Who has another 45 minutes for all the horseplay. Having been a barista for over 15 years, this location has a dinking around, goofing off, slower than molasses drive through. Lame, because I was really looking forward to my drink. Lame.“

Jack greeted us at the door and was very professional in handling business, give this guy big props for handling the subway motto flawlessly. This time everything was fantastic good service everything was great the sandwich was really good and I'm really happy that I talked to the manager and that we got things resolved and I told them and all fairness that I would change my review so I think that's important with the business to give them a chance to make it right and indeed they did“

“The food was hot even when I came at 8:30 pm, 1.5 hrs before closing. Left half a plate of fried rice and the fabulous staff offered to have freshly fried rice for me. This is service excellence. He could simply asked me to choose chow mein. Instead he chose to go the extra mile. A very positive experience. All the service staff were positive, smiling and simply happy to serve. I will come back again.“

“My wife and I love the atmosphere and customer service. We frequent often and we adore Barbara, the Hostess/Greeter. All we ask, regarding the coffee, is that you assess the brand and/or water to ground coffee ratio. No where near the quality of surrounding casino coffees. Would've been easier and not held up your drive times if she just pulled to the front and got some inside.

“I enjoy food as a would-be Italiano Etruscan. I enjoy all foods, and sometimes notice things than others don't. I've eaten more than one meal here, which has been sometimes suggested by the staff at my request, other times when I knew I want it.

They prepare it flawlessly and it serves a purpose of my need which is more than just a delicious food. Just at this location I have examples of my combats with spicy foods which I had to fix with their environment Hardy breakfast foods. I will leave that one just at that.
