I spotted a church building with a small sign that said, cafe open, as I was making my way out of town with haste. Alas, I found exactly what I needed. Score, big time. It is a beautiful, tranquil space, and the sandwich I had, Ban mi (add turkey)...beyond exquisite. The lavender drink concoction was eloquent and refreshing. Go here for a zen delicious af meal and very nice service.“

“Gourmet pizza! We love coming here whenever we are in town. Family owned business and the owner is a wonderful person. We had the pleasure to meet him 3 winters ago. I am so glad how this place gets more and more popular!!

Taste and ingredients are great. The temperature control on the pizza is on point. Price on root beer is so good! Can’t beat that.
One thing to note, it does take long time to get the pizza, if you are in a rush, you can either call ahead to order or try this place when you have time to enjoy. It took us about 45mins to get our pizza a few weeks ago.

They have indoor and outdoor seating! How relaxing.“

“We were in Truckee for the day and wanted something different. This was the perfect place! Outdoor dining was amazing balls! Comfy setting, like your own outside patio. The food was exactly what we wanted! A watermelon non alcoholic spritz was so refreshing. Not sweet but more blended fruity mix. A hot tasty sandwich, perfectly crispy sweet potato fries and that day.. a velvety French onion soup. It was a different type of bread, bunch of spices and big slice of the cheese! So much cooked onions and a broth that tasted like it was cooked for hours, to get a deep rich beef taste. Staff was so friendly and nice. Will be going back to try their pizzas and salads!“

“After a long morning of hiking around Tahoe during the chilly, fall weather, it was time to warm up in Incline Village with some hearty Indian food. We arrived for a late lunch around 13:00 and there weren't a lot of people dining inside. While that might raise some red flags in big cities, we took a chance and really came out full and satisfied with an awesome meal. We ordered a couple of large plates to share family style amongst the group and everything was delicious. Everything we ordered was incredibly tasty and filling from their Baighnan Bharta to their Yellow Daal. Bowls were easy to pass around and everyone got to try a little bit of everything until they found their perfect amount. They were also kind enough to separate the tandoori roti for me as well since I don't consume dairy (aka, no naan). Service was great given we were the only party and we were absolutely fine with that attention. Thanks Mehfil for a great late lunch for our group.“
