Staff was friendly! However their mocha coffee tasted of burnt espresso, hotcakes were delicious. The gumbo was great but too much celery in my opinion. Decor was spot on and fit with the "train" aesthetic.

Here's the low-down: 1. Food - There's a lot of attention to detail here; there's fresh baked bread, there's Gumbo made daily, there's fresh fries. This is not a place that embraces canned / frozen foods. The medium rare burger I had was perfect with fresh fries and (seemed like) a freshly baked bun.
