Bella Vita catered our lunch today at work. Im honestly not a big fan of alfredo chicken pasta but I took one bite of this and oh my god - amazing. I honestly contemplated eating my serving and not saving any for my husband. And the homemade chips are insanely good! So good that I'm willing to travel 25 miles just to have this delicious food again. The owner is super sweet too!
I know this amazing place as a wedding photographer. I shoot about 40 weddings a year and every few weddings this amazing company ends up catering the event. All I have to say is... WOW!!! The food is amazing. They are on point and they are there to make sure everything is successful.Its not just about sending the food and bailing. Good family neighborhood restaurant in Carson City that was fairly busy on Friday night. We came because there was live music (in the mall seating) which was a lovely diversion. The food was fine (fish was a little oily) and the service was good. It was a nice touch that the owner came around twice to check if we were OK. The flavored sodas were off the menu, so the bar staff made me a custom virgin mojito. The wine portions were generous
