“I ordered ahead but it feels like a joke when I have to sit in the drive-thru for 25 minutes to get my order. I wasn't given the option to pick up from inside on this trip and I was greatly disappointed that I had to sit in the drive thru. The food is always good so I guess I will work on my attitude.“
“The Crazy D’s Hot Chicken staff provided great service and were very friendly. The ambience was very welcoming with the warm wood and a colorful mural. The restaurant has a diverse selection of beverages. The crazy Mac n Cheese was delicious!“
“The chicken fingers are made with real pieces of chicken. It's not a mashed mixture of stuff like other places. The buttered bread and sauce that accompany the chicken are great. “I had a really bad initial experience at this location. It did not go over well. I was provided a gift card and told i could use it elsewhere. I had a problem with it at the other location. After a call and a sweet server the owner came in and introduced himself and made it right. They went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more grateful. I wanted to fix my review because a owner that goes out of his way to personally fix and go above and beyond deserves a second chance in my book. Food was fabulous, drunks were great, and I feel satisfied. I will go back to the second location and might give the otherr closer to my home another chance. Thanks Daniel!“

“1.20.24: This evening I was craving a tostada salad and hit the drive-thru before the dinner rush. I ordered the double chicken tostada salad and it was pretty fresh and hot. The tostada shell was light and airy and not thick or hard, where sometimes it stabs your mouth or gums lol. The chicken had a good grill on it and it was still tender. The greens were crisp and visually fresh. The beans and rice were proportionate to the amount of greens given as well. My favorite is to get the avocado salsa as my dressing because it gives it that good kind of kick that's not overly spicy. Service was prompt and they spoke clearly, which is always a plus going through the drive-thru.“
“The one I go to is right by the college so it can be very crowded in there at times however they do have good customer service and maybe it was my bad that when I was picking up an order for doordash there and standing in line forever I just figured that was the line I was supposed to stand and but they made me go to a different line even though I saw my order sitting right there other than that they're all nice friendly Bright Young Smiles and the food there has got to be probably one of my most favorite chicken places to eat at however it can get very pricey don't get me wrong on that but I guess that sauce is priceless“
