Always amazing food, chefs are always willing to make alterations to requests (add this, subtract that, make it spicier). Whenever my OG Reno friends come into town and want to go to sushi, they always request the OG Sushi Pier! “I'm from Seattle where they have a Teriyaki place every 5 feet. So far , this is the only teriyaki place that i've ever found in reno that makes decent teriyaki. Fresh vegetables cooked to perfection! The sauce was awesome! The rice was delicious! Customer service was excellent! I'm definitely going back!“

“We went there for my sons 18th birthday. The food was great, the service was great and so was the entertainment. It was a wonderful experience that we do yearly or multiple times in a year. Everything was great until we received the tab. The fact that there is now a mandatory gratuity no mater how big the party is, I feel is wrong on so many levels. Because of the mandatory gratuity you cost your servers, staff and cooks more money. I understand having when with larger parties but we had 5 of us and the people next to us was only 2. I would suggest changing this or you will have others that will find other places to go. Other then that everything was great.“

Heard good things and they didn’t disappoint. Fish was fresh and good quality. Enjoyed all items: Tuna, Salmon, Unagi, Inari, Peppered Tuna, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Polar bear hand roll (my favorite new sushi), tempura mix, seaweed and cucumber salads.
