NO STARS. Portion size was a complete letdown. 3 shrimp each for my 2 sons' appetizers while others got much more. Ruined my Mother's Day dinner with my sons. Otherwise, service was great. Food was good.

We went there for my sons 18th birthday. The food was great, the service was great and so was the entertainment. It was a wonderful experience that we do yearly or multiple times in a year. Everything was great until we received the tab. The fact that there is now a mandatory gratuity no mater how big the party is, I feel is wrong on so many levels. Based on the reviews, Ijji 2 | Japanese Steakhouse offers a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is described as standard hibachi fare and fantastic sushi. The fish is very fresh, and the rolls are more varied and higher quality than most places. The hibachi chef is very entertaining, making for a welcoming and fun environment. The service is super nice, and the drink pours are reasonable. The atmosphere is great for big groups or date night dinner. While the hibachi is not cheap, the food, service, and presentation make it a worthwhile investment. The sushi is amazing every time, and the service is wildly fast for made to order sushi. The portions are generous. This is one of the best sushi places, and the staff are rockstars.
