Remarkably tender chicken
Absolutely love this place! Phenomenal customer service. Just a heads-up, all three locations are on Virginia St. I did not realize this before placing an order online and went to the wrong location. I asked if there was any way they could make my order and they were extremely understanding and made my order on the spot for me. Saved me a 20 minute drive after a long day. Will definitely be coming back for customer service alone. And I will be sure to order to the right location...read full review

Based on customer reviews, Teriyaki Madness in Reno offers decent and fresh teriyaki with excellent customer service. Many options of teriyaki bowls are available. The chicken teriyaki is nice and charred with great flavor, the spicy steak is delicious, and the fresh vegetables are cooked to perfection. The sauce is awesome, though the Mad sauce is strong on the pepper side. The rice is delicious. The food is fresh and tasty, and the prices are reasonable. While the Katsu chicken was oily and dark, and food took 20 minutes past the expected pick-up time, the service was fantastic. One complaint was having to listen to kitchen cuss, which was considered unprofessional. Overall, it is a new favorite place that scratches the teriyaki bowl itch.
