Roberto's Taco Shop is a popular spot for UNR students, open 24 hours a day. It has been a long-standing favorite in Southern California and has now made its way to Reno. The food, including the carne asada fries and chimichangas, is consistently good and served quickly. However, there is a need for better waste management outside the back door. Prices have increased due to current economic factors. Monday specials offer half portions for some items. The restaurant is appreciated for its late-night and early morning availability.
